We had booked rainbow luxury room; room was very good & spacious, enough for 3-4 people. Food was very bad especially for vegetarian. Room service need to be upgraded at earliest, we had asked for hot drinking water but we never got it.

Weird smell came from the kitchen that was through the first floor where our room is located. We booked non AC but there is proper ventilation. If we open the windows room is visible from corridors anyone can peep in and see. No hot water. I asked close to 6 to 7 times. All they say is 5 mins and which never happened. I gave up as I had to move and was getting late
