Good atmosphere and the owner is fantastic ready to serve whatever you want, but no television in that room that's the only drawback

we booked 2 rooms and payed the amount through makemytrip . the same day of stay around 7 pm the hotel staff called and confirmed that room was ready. but after 8 pm the same staff called and told that the rooms were filled and no room available for stay. they are compelling us to cancelled the rooms through makemytrip. but at 9pm night how we can find another room for stay so we told that at any cost we want the room for stay. after that they arranged 2 rooms 5 km before kumilly that was some way very inside. but somehow that room was nice tha. expected. but this type of behaviour/attitude is not good for a hotel when guest are arriving at night 10pm. ensure that the rooms are available and guest are getting their rooms in time.

our stay was pleasant and pleasurable one. Helpful hone stay service. Good place to pleasure and family trip

Location is good with greenery across the property. Close to kumily bus station yet very peaceful. Caretaker naushad is very kind and helpful. Rooms & washrooms are neat and clean. Recommended for family. Only disappointment, there was no arrangement for food so need to go all the way to bus station for dining.

Its a Not bad Experience. Staff attended very well. Amenities of TV is not available. Instead they Provided a high speed Wi-Fi. Price is Little bit high for what they provide since it is a Peak Time when we Visited.

The hotel was good and well maintained. It was in a good location with greenery and the staff was good

very pleasant stay. All amenities are in walkable distance. It was surprisingly quiet although it was located in the midst of the town. Wi-Fi is available. No in-house restaurant but restaurant are a 3 min walk away.

Property location was good. It looks very old property. They should renovate the rooms. Stay was comfortable for a day. Caretaker knew Hindi too.

It is located in centre of thekkady town. The accommodation is very comfortable, homely and neat & clean room with spacious areas jn and around. I would like again to stay with this in future. The host very decent and cooperative

Hello everyone the stay is very good, it is an heart of the kumily town, all the shops are very accessible, rooms are neat and clean, the third room out of four has lighter bad odor which has to be taken care otherwise the stay was good

Overall facility is good. Very kind behaviour. Very clean room. Parking facility is available. Free wifi is available. Hot water is available

We had to struggle to get hot water and other things.
