Poor Stay
coupleThey changed the hotel. I booked season thekkady hotel because it's new building and pictures show me perfect everything but they provide me a grand thekkady hotel which is old one. Provided amenities were not good & everything was old & dirty. Also they served an expired 7 up drink to me by the restaurant. & also they had on the menu for breakfast things were not available.

Poor Stay
The hotel staff were very, very polite indeed, and they did their best to help us. But the overall facilities left much to be desired. The bedsheets were very old, not clean, plug points not working. No hooks to hang clothes in the bathrooms, no hangers in the wardrobes, toilets commode lids always falling down, it was difficult to urinate. In one day, we changed rooms thrice. Ioverall, not very pleasant experience. My best wishes to hotel seasons thekkady.

The road is too bad to reach the hotel. Not satisfied with the services and food price is also too high in comparison to the locality of the hotel.

coupleFirst of all, the hotel staff is very rude to their customers. The room was very shabby. Geysers not working, charging points not working at all, not even a single point. Washroom was dirty. All in all a very bad experience staying in this hotel. Never ever book this hotel for your stay in thekkady. It doesn't look as it looks in the photos. Don't make this mistake of booking this hotel.

Not good service
Service was very poor. No staff responding phone was not working. Breakfast service was to late.

Location is best to transition to any direction. Room was good but bed not good. Bathroom was not clean and it was very shabby looking, door damaged one. Food was good but not upto the mark.

Staff was so uncoporative. Giving toured blanket. Asked for d toothpaste dey said not in d stock. Asked dem 2 bring from d market dey say it's not our duty. Staff all was fresher not really wan't 2 work. I'll suggest not 2 visit

Actually they have provided the room in other property. A/c was working not properly. House keeping was terrible. Bad smell even in the room. Food was really disappointed. Will never choose this property.
