nice stay.but HI TEA were simple no options charged extra for snacks . rooms are standard but clean.totally nice stay

It's a great choice on the ECR, stay was excellent for the two days which we booked for. Great breakfast and restaurant with good options at lunch and dinner private beach is a wonder and the way they are maintaining it is awesome

The ambience is good, morning breakfast is excellent and the restaurants are decent. But the rooms are not so elegant like a star hotel. Other than room everything is fine. Good view of sea.

Ambience, Beach and Pool facilities were very good. There were indoor activities and play area for kids. Had nice time.

We had a lovely family stay at Shelter Beach Resort! The staff was warm and welcoming, the rooms were peaceful with great views, and the food—especially at Manam—was delicious and homely. The private beach was clean and quiet, perfect for sunsets. A safe, refreshing, and memorable experience — can’t wait to visit again!

Fantastic place to spend your holidays. Private beach access is the star of the resort. The quiet and splendid beach is soothing. Rooms in particular the bathrooms can be improved a bit. There are two in-house restaurants to dine in. Decent food but with exorbitant rates. Breakfast buffet is good and tasty. Loved the indoor and outdoor games and pool👍 Overall worth exploring.

The Room is good and clean. If your planning to go with your family it is one of good one. One Suggestion from my end - Milk for babies needs to be provided as a complimentary. I have stayed in few other resorts where it was provided as a complimentary. But, here in this resort it was charged 100 Rs which I was not happy. Rest others things are good.

Good place for enjoying with family. Extremely happy as it is a smoking friendly zone. Staffs are more supportive. Kids loved the lawn and indoor games a lot.

Very pleasant stay in a sea side property. Prompt room service , good restaurant, nice private beach and a magician in the evening for the kids - our stay was super.

This place location is very much approachable from ECR , very close to crocodile park. Staff are kind in check in at late hours and attending the calls with no hesitation in early morning

We had booked the sea view suite. The room was very good and the view was amazing. Definitely worth the price. The staff were very courteous. Food was decent. A special mention for the security guard who was stationed at the beach point. His name is Mr. Kaathavarayan. He went above and beyond his job description. He made sure all the guests were safe on the beach. Politely but firmly discouraging anyone from playing in the waves after 6pm due to the aggressive and wild nature of the sea. We will always remember his helpful and kind nature. 😊
