The Deluxe Rooms are thoughtfully built for two adults, and in cases where an additional guest is accommodated, a removable extra bed is provided. This arrangement is placed upon request and just before use to help minimize the feeling of congestion in the room. The thatched grass huts you mentioned are actually one of the iconic architectural elements of Le Pondy, designed not only to complement the natural surroundings but also to help regulate room temperature. However, we completely understand your discomfort caused by the sight of lizards, and we will reinforce our pest control and maintenance checks to minimize such occurrences. Being a resort surrounded by greenery and nature, we occasionally face such challenges, but your experience clearly shows that we need to strengthen our preventive measures. Regarding the open-style dining area, it was designed to promote natural airflow and provide guests with an outdoor, tropical dining experience. That said, we understand that it may have felt uncomfortable in humid conditions, and we will also ensure that cleanliness and hygiene standards are more rigorously monitored, and the culinary feedback has been shared with our kitchen team for immediate review and improvement.
