The rooms were clean and tidy. Location wise was a very nice place. Only food was a little bit costly like 50 rupees for one roti is too much but the quality of food was really good.

The stay was terrible; the room was not clean and had a bad smell. On one of our stay days, we gave the keys to the reception the day before going out, and when we came back to the hotel in the evening, they did not clean the room. After that, we reached the reception, and after multiple requests, it took them 2 hours to clean just the room, and they ignored our request to change the bedsheets. The restaurant condition was horrible; there was no breakfast available at 9 o'clock in the morning, even though the breakfast timing was until 10 o'clock. For future recommendations, I will not suggest this hotel to anyone.

it was referred by friend, but the resort is not easy accessible and they don't even provide bathroom equipments like bucket and mug. and also they only provide one 1ac remote for a 2bhk villa property. total crap. pls makemytrip discontinue your service with them. they will definitely ruin your trust among your audience. 🤯🤯

Looks good and but little isolated. But they can make the beach area little better, overall good experience but the food are need to improve

Good accommodation and food & housekeeping is nice, location amazing, coordination is very good, overall onetime visit.

We had a decent time at the villa, but I think the overall property could use some TLC to really shine. Everything you need is basically there, but it could do with a little more upkeep. The main hiccup was with the back gate security folks—they tend to get a bit chatty and are reluctant to let the gate open after 5 pm, claiming you'll be heading out too late when it gets dark. Their caution was a little irritating. As for the private beach access, it's a good distance away, about 1.5 to 2 kilometers, which might not be very convenient. The staff were nice enough but didn’t seem too lively, which didn't really help. The food was decent, although the menu felt a bit limited. Also, don’t expect any shacks or changing rooms by the beach, so keep that in mind!

Food is Ok. New Management Lazo is not up to the mark. They need to be guest friendly.Too much commercial.

The stay was nice. Restaurant has limited menu only. Thy have to increase items in menu in all slots

it's in a very remote location initially tv and wifi didn't work, had to keep calling them to fix it. One word the resort likes is "NO" Does all foods in your restaurant is available NO Their reply " we have a large group order we are preparing their menu. if you want order from the menu from their buffet. we will not prepare any other food for you though it's mentioned in our menu" Pray if your going to their resort no other group should come. If so happened, your screwed. since it's a remote location youd have to travel 2 km just have something else from a road side shop.... there will not be proper lights worst customer service literally no entertainment in the resort except some showpieces if you are staying with your old parents, they will take advantage by fabricating something broken in toilet. I ended up paying just to get out of there.... they will say it's near beach, it's actually 2 km away on a mud road without proper way... Everyone should stay here atleast once to experience rock bottom of resort experience

Very untidy place , the breakfast is pathetic and the road towards the hotel is also dark and no proper streetlight, very bad experience and ac was not working and the person came and cleaned the dust from the filter which was there from months.... I was inhaling that dusted air from the ac for one whole night....

Rooms were good, location is good, bit far from city but near to a beach. Property is big with kid play area and ground but swimming pool was not clean Staffs are friendly , breakfast does the job

It was not as good for the cost we paid , fan not working, swimming pool lights damaged but staff were good in service

Rooms were neat and clean, towels and soap were also provided and there is a mini fridge as well. The rooms are very spacious so it would be a good stay with family or friends. But to reach it would be around 8-9kms so personal vehicle is required.

The stay was quite comfortable and safe, with courteous and highly responsive staff who made the experience pleasant. The cosy private pool, basic amenities, and direct access to a private, clean beach were definite positives. However, there is scope for improvement. The food variety and taste could be better, villas could be enhanced with a few additional amenities, and a little more attention to cleanliness would further elevate the overall experience. Overall, a good stay with potential to be even more delightful with a few enhancements. Definitely looking forward to visit again.

Hi I checked in to the swimming pool villa, it was cleanly maintained and the location was mind stress free peaceful and the staff were friendly

rooms are good. food spread is less. beach access to be improved with good road. good for family. location is good
