Our recent stay at Accord was a fantastic experience, marked by comfort, great amenities for the kids, and excellent service. We were aware that Accord is a Accord rather than a resort, so we came with the expectation of a city-centric stay, and it delivered very well on that front. The check-in process was refreshingly quick, getting us settled into our Deluxe Suite without any delay. And what a suite it was! The room was incredibly spacious, truly one of the best we've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The lighting created a warm and inviting ambiance, and the furniture and decorations were tastefully done, adding a touch of elegance. The suite featured a separate living room and bedroom, both equipped with their own TVs, which was a definite plus. Our kids absolutely loved the expansive room and felt right at home. Everything was pretty well maintained, showing attention to detail. While the room was a clear highlight, the swimming pool didn't quite match up. It wasn't very well-maintained and appeared a bit dated. However, this was more than compensated for by their fantastic indoor play area. This was a huge hit with our children! It featured a fun play area with slides, a ball pit, and a selection of arcade games. The best part? The arcade games were completely free for guests! Our kids enjoyed this space so much that we found ourselves making multiple trips there during our stay. Beyond the amenities, the food at Accord was pretty good, offering a satisfying range of options. We also found the staff to be consistently helpful and polite, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, our stay at Accord was overwhelmingly positive. The exceptional quality of the suite, coupled with the brilliant indoor play area for children and attentive service, makes it a highly recommended choice, especially for families looking for a comfortable and well-appointed Accord experience.

It was an amazing experience we had. We went to Pondicherry to celebrate my son's birthday. Our special thanks to Ms. Maiti from Customer care department, Rajesh from Housekeeping and Murgan the bell boy. On our request, Ms. Maiti got the room decorated beautifully (though paid), her hospitality was great. Rajesh was very quick to respond. And Murgan was like encyclopedia. The room were big enough. Bathroom was spotless clean, enough toiletries. Breakfast was simply amazing. I would strongly recommend this Accord to everyone. Once again, special thanks to Ms. Maiti for making our stay so wonderful.

Stay and services were good. Rooms were well maintained. Overall a great experience and stay. However, would suggest to have the pool timings beyond 6pm and breakfast till 11 am. As people visit here for vacations and would prefer flexible timings of the facilities that your Accord offers. Apart from that rest all was a wonderful experience.

Accord Puducherry is located in the centre of city Our stay at Accord was good with neat and clean rooms and bathrooms Staff was courteous and Breakfast served in restaurant had a good spread With all varieties of South and. North Indian food

All the employees from Front office to housekeeping to restaurant staff were extremely courteous & customer focused. Food was indeed awesome & the chef made rounds taking to the customers & taking feedback. All in all a great place

The property is centrally located The room was big and neat and clean So was the bathroom with toiletries provided The in-house dining was superb The micro brewery in the premises provided good quality of beers

We had a nice stay at Accord Pondichery during our personal trip duringthe.month of June. The staff were very courteous and the facilities and food were pretty good too. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
