Room is just average, the service was poor. The buffet hall is not enough to serve the guests in the morning. When asked for the 6th seat, four of us were asked to sit on the sofa side of the table as one of the chair was pulled for another table. Also we had at least 15 power cuts left us in dark for about 60 seconds each time, the elderly got scared in the wash room in such power cuts.

Our accord stay was excellent. Professional service given by them. Complimentary breakfast was nice & vast spread. Only drawback they are slow to replace food items. Need to improve swimming pool. Painting gone many places in pool. Overall good to stay my rating 4.5/5.

The staff, be it reception, restaurant, room service or restaurant all were so good and helpful. Very friendly staff. Only one thing I noticed which was not good was that after every day room cleanup the towels used to be missing from the room. We called every day to get towels and the response was really quick. Overall it was a wonderful experience at Accord. Thank you so much!

The best hotel in town

This was the top most hotel in the town, though bit far from the beach and right next to a very busy road crossing. The staff at the restaurant, especially the Manager, was very friendly and courteous. Good spread for dinner buffet and also for the breakfast.

Food is decent. People are polite. Superior king room was spacious. Room service was delayed due to crowd. They took 45 minutes to bring a glass of milk to the room. Check out was the only process they did pretty quickly. They really need to get rid of their swipe key card and come up with tap as half of the time it doesn’t detect.

Amazing experience and hospitality. Chef Mani, lama and Nandhan made exquisite food. Service staff from restaurant was extremely good. Shout out to Anamika, Salom, Nikita, Aditi, Karuna were welcoming and showed great hospitality. The manager at front desk of restaurant is always smiling and helpful. Ice cream was on the house! Char grilled prawns and Spaghetti white sauce pasta, biryani were heavenly. The food spread is great for both breakfast and dinner. In room dining service was great. Desserts were amazing, especially cinnamon apple roll and gulab jamun. The bed could be slightly better and overall a definite 9.5/10 experience.
