the location was very good and safe, the service was nice, but the size of the rooms and the bathroom are not so great, with so less space it turns slippery soon, the amount charged for the type of property which is very old is definitely not worth the amount vs the rooms they are. Food in both the restaurants in the ground and roof top was good. But for the price of the rooms is definitely not the value for money, could have been better

Our stay at the Promenade was truly a wonderful experience. The service and hospitality were great and the staff were cordial, understanding, friendly and professional. We were visiting for our wedding anniversary and the folks really made it special for us. Special mention to the food. Tried both Bay of Buddha and Blueline and they were truly delectable. Just a tiny scope of improvement - the breakfast spread could be a teensy bit better. But overall great times. Hope to visit again soon

Services of hotel deteriorating immensely. Stayed in hotel in past also compare to that worsening situation. Changing simple pillow takes hour, getting dining plates takes so much time that food gets cold. No more a hotel worth staying in compare to the tariff and charges taken by hotel.

Located close to the beach. Two restaurants servicing multi cuisine and Spanish. Happening pub with weekend dj music. Clean and comfortable rooms and very warm and friendly staff. Short but enjoyable stay.

Food at the restaurant was very good. Breakfast in the morning has a wide range and food was delicious. Over all great experience. Note: Only problem is parking but the valet parking makes it easy but the cars are parked on road as there is no parking for the hotel.
