So I find this place very well very well located just at to the sea Beach rock Beach and the host was very Zovi very kind enough to guide us. The root actually it is little difficult to find that place, but he he just came to pick up, just guide us wherever required and well located location was very strategically. Located to have market access to food, restaurants, everything and CB as well. Thank you will update.

The staff is incredibly helpful, the hotel is super clean, and the beach is just a minute’s walk away!

The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and Aurobindo ashram, which was a big plus. Though they don’t have an in-house restaurant, they allow ordering from outside (Zomato works well).The hospitality was truly impressive—very warm and helpful staff throughout. Just a heads-up: the property is on the 2nd floor with no lift, which might be a concern for some, but to be fair, they had clearly mentioned this beforehand. Overall, a great experience!!

Very pleasant stay, clean and tiny floor, awesome interiors with french ceiling and window.... Nice experience because it is very near to the sea shore..... Bigbroom with proper ventilation was maintained, clean toilet.

It's just a 4BHK flat on 2nd floor with no Lift. We had to carry all luggage to and fro by ourselves. Also, the so called breakfast is fixed at a single thali worth Rs 160/- given at a cafe called Ocean's 7. No breakfast given for kids.

Ambience was good and clean, pretty much closer to beach, only street parking is available, not easy to take the car every time, good for youngsters and couples with less baggage, adults climbing the stairs is bit tough…

Convenient location and well furnished room satisfactory service . Office manager Ramesh was too good , resourcefull and supportive... breakfast arrangement needs to be improved with own pantry. Not suitable for senior citizens to get down for breakfsst

Colonial type room. Good staff Proximity to Promenade Climbing steep stairs(may be due to high ceiling rooms) with out elevator could be challenging for seniors

Had a wonderful stay. Clean , neat and spacious view. The hotel is close to the beach and other tourist spots.

Property is excellent, Staff is extremely supportive and over all great place to stay, Parking is the only concern. They try their best to help us with parking but the property has no parking and all the attempts of the staff get guided by the parking palce available on the road

Rooms are really good. Location of the property is amazing. Small boutique hotel with only 5 rooms makes it very personalized. All important places are walkable from the hotel. No room service though. Parking is available.

Excellent room, very clean and hygienic. Very helpful, obedient & polite room service. Best location for the french ambiance, delicacy, & very close to beach and has a nice beach walk. Night life is lively and vibrant with nice cafe's. Lot of food options including authentic french resto. Has lots of restaurant with french architecture.

Just a fine stay. Rooms are very good but breakfast and other services are really unsatisfied. Bathroom is also very small

location of B&B is very close to beach and rooms were clean and spacious. it's on second floor with no lift. Staff is very polite and humble.
