Property in itself is made well. It’s green ans neat and clean. Lizards in rooms are a big problem and it is not you expect in a property like raddison when you pay a premium. Room service is pathetic and most of the things in breakfast are served cold.

The property shows they have a private beach but it's a public beach not accessible after 6PM. They repeat the buffet menu everyday plus food is also not great. There is no comparison b/w the Mahabalipuram resort and this one in Pondicherry. Though the staff is helpful Th

Very clean and beautifully maintained property . The rooms , landscaping the amenities and every aspect of the property is so worth mentioning. Especially the staff and the service are so great . We have been visiting this property every year for past three years and we really waiting to come back again next year.

it's a premium property. In room engineering behind amenities is top notch. The food is tasty. Breakfast spread is lavish. The property have us vouchers to make our stay even more comfortable. This hotel is located at Eden beach. it's the best beach of pondicherry. This makes it excellent escape from the city. However if one is looking to explore the city, then this location is far and roads are isolated at night.

Stayed for a couple of days. Nothing to complain about. Prompt services and food was also good. Polite and attentive staff.

Everything from start to end was extremely good.All breakfast,lunch and dinner were awesome. Housekeeping services were late.

We recently spent two days at the Radisson Blu Resort Pondicherry, and our experience was a mix of impressive features and some notable drawbacks. The rooms themselves were a strong point – spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. We particularly appreciated the integration of technology, with a tablet to control various room functions, showcasing a real advancement. The bathrooms were also generously sized, featuring a separate dressing space, toilet, and shower room, which added to the comfort. Throughout our stay, the staff were consistently courteous, polite, and impressively quick to provide assistance whenever needed. The resort is quite expansive, which means there's a lot of walking involved. For instance, it took us nearly five minutes to walk from the reception to our room. Thankfully, buggy (electric car) services are available to help navigate the property. They offer separate pools for kids and adults, with the claim that they are saltwater pools. For families, the resort organizes daily activities for children, and there's also a small kids' park set in the sand, which is a nice touch. We also noted that the resort provides access to Eden Beach, though we didn't get a chance to explore it during our visit. The dining experience at the restaurant was just okay. We found the buffet to have a somewhat limited variety, featuring mostly standard items. A significant concern for us was the presence of numerous flies in the restaurant, which was quite off-putting and detracted from the meal experience. Overall, while there were aspects of the Radisson Blu Pondicherry that we enjoyed, particularly the modern rooms and helpful staff, we left feeling that the stay was just okay and seemed quite pricey for what was offered. Ultimately, we didn't feel it delivered complete value for the money spent.

It's always a pleasure staying at Radisson Blu resorts. Beautifully maintained property,clean and spacious rooms and top notch amenities. Chech in and check out was very smooth. Very polite and courteous staff. Food was delicious with good variety. Overall a wonderful stay with good memories to cherish.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Radisson Resort Pondicherry Bay. The resort has a premium feel, with beautiful architecture surrounded by lush greenery and an abundance of flowers and plants that add to the serene ambiance. All the staff members were extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, and the chef’s personal attention and care made the dining experience even more special. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all modern amenities. On the day of our departure, the restaurant staff went out of their way to prepare a special early breakfast for us — a thoughtful gesture that really touched us. I would highly recommend Radisson Resort Pondicherry Bay to anyone visiting Puducherry. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and natural beauty.

Property very worst.not clean and no proper room service. Waited for 2 hrs for mineral water delivery

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Resort Pondicherry! The property is beautiful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed the pool party—it was a highlight of our trip! A special thanks to Chef Mr. Talcinder Singh for the delicious food and warm hospitality. Also, heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Pappu, who went out of his way to make our stay extra special. We loved every moment and will definitely come again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable experience!

Property is good but it is not beachfront. We need to walk to beach. Also property doesn’t had private beach. Food is on higher side and despite of paying the taste of food is not good. We can get good food outside at much lower price. Overall it’s not at radisson level. However the staff are very polite and addressed the concern.
