Had an excellent stay at Le Suresh Residency, Pondicherry. The property is very clean and well-maintained, with courteous and supportive staff. Its prime location near the railway station, bus stand, beach, and food street makes it highly convenient. Strongly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

My stay at Le Suresh Residency was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and always helpful, which made the experience even better. The room and washroom were neat, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, a comfortable and satisfying stay. Highly recommend!

We were a group of 4 ladies. everything was perfect other than the dusty

perfect location hot water available no parking friendly staff's bed sheets were dusty It was amazing. Nice room big enough. Toilet was also nice. But the bedsheets where dusty. Bad for asthma people. The location is near railway station easy assess to other attractions. Friendly and safe staffs.I prefer direct booking.

Bad experience compared to cost

First of all the behaviour was not good of receptionist and care takers and there was no car parking. We had to park at road side and far away from hotel location

Best hotel near Pondicherry Railway Station

Very well maintained rooms, neat and clean environment, location is very convenient- a 3 min walk from Pondicherry railway station. From the rooftop of the hotel, the station can be easily seen. The owner is too friendly. He allowed us an early check in and we put our luggage for 5 hours in the lobby safely even after check-out. Washrooms are very clean and well ventilated. Bath towels and blankets are as fresh as new. The staff's behaviour is very polite and soft. The owner himself arranged a scooty for us for local tour. Bike rental is a cheap and easy way to roam around. Overall, the best place to stay... Pros : ● Location ● Cleanliness ● Room's condition ● Tariff ● Hospitality ● Lovely people... Cons : ● No restaurant (but there are a dozen nearby) ● Owner's behaviour (so polite that one can't think of other places to stay while in Pondi... :D
