Excellent property and very good staff service. Very delicious food and location connects to the tourist spots easily. The private beach access was like cherry on the top.

Excellent beach resort with peacefullness. Very good staff and rooms are clean and worth staying here. Staff is good especially Rahul helped in guiding us. Overall a good stay.

Worst maintained resort I have ever visited. Very deceptive with fancy picture on the listing. Rooms are in very bad condition. No shower and no hot water. This is better listed as roadside shacks suited for truck drivers and cleaners. What they call as swimming pool is more of a drainage pit full of insects and murky water. Even the changing shower rooms at the pool had no doors. Not sure what the idea was to make people shower in open. Beach is not suitable for playing at ask. I’m not sure what their intent in running the resort is. I had booked for 2 nights and vacated after the first night forfeiting the money I paid for the second night. The owner was least bothered to know why I was vacating a day earlier. He must have been surprised that someone even booked for 2 nights in the first place. Please avoid such places and instead go for budget resort such as Bansuri Beach Resort that is so much worth the money.

We stayed at the resort during the weekdays to take advantage of lower rates. Overall, the stay was peaceful and relaxing, especially if you're looking to unwind with your family. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The rooms were decent but had a few maintenance issues. The AC outlet was oddly placed in the bathroom, which caused the toilet area to stay wet. There was no toilet paper provided, the hand spray was leaking, and hot water wasn't readily available in the morning. We had to run the tap until nearly half a bucket of cold water passed before lukewarm water started to flow. The breakfast experience was inconsistent. On the first day, a buffet with good quality and tasty food was provided, but on the second day, we assumed it would continue and were informed there was no buffet available. This left us scrambling to find breakfast in the city last minute. The location is about 10 km from White Town. If you're traveling with family and using rented scooters, commuting back and forth can become tiring. Since it's far from the main town, Ola/Uber drivers tend to demand ₹200 or more over the app rate, making a one-way trip cost around ₹700. Also, the pool was not clean, with sand and leaves from nearby trees. After a large group (~20 people) used it, it wasn’t cleaned. Positives: The beach next to the resort is beautiful and quiet—although the water is deep and not ideal for bathing. The beachfront area closer to the resort is somewhat littered but not too bad. There is a watchman at the gate, which made us feel our vehicles were secure at night. The view from the restaurant is stunning, with the beach on one side and a well-maintained garden on the other. The atmosphere is peaceful and breezy—perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family. In the evening, they serve food under string yellow lights, creating a warm and cozy vibe that enhances the dining experience.

Stay was okay but not satisfied, room service needs to be improved. Except that the property has good access to the beach and lawn.

It's quite difficult to locate the entrance to the property. The food options packed variety and we experienced very laid back service. Even after reaching the venue in time out check in was delayed by 30 minutes. The room lacked amenities which one expects at such a high price point. The only plus for the resort would be the outside seating area which is beautiful. Overall a very average experience

Property is well maintained. Good rooms, staff support, food price is on the average and quality of food is excellent. We loved their swimming pool and the playing area was maintained with a lawn, good for kids.

Terrible experience at nala resort, pondicherry i had a very disappointing stay at nala resort, pondicherry. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, and there was water leaking, which made it even worse. The overall service was poor. When we ordered food, they counted more rotis than we had actually ordered. When we pointed out the mistake, the staff initially refused to accept it. After some time, they finally agreed, but the experience was very frustrating. This was one of the worst hotel experiences i’ve had. I booked through makemytrip and did not expect this kind of service. I do not recommend staying here.

Property is good, having great view and gardens but rooms can be improved

The stay was pleasant. The staff was courteous and the food was good. Only issue was the bathroom. It had multiple issues. Sink was overflowing, water dripping from ceiling right below the pot and water logging after the bath. After complaining to reception the sink was fixed but water was still dripping from the ceiling

Rooms are horrible here. Very small with very old wood with lot of stains. Location is nice but the beach is very dirty.
