We stayed at the resort during the weekdays to take advantage of lower rates. Overall, the stay was peaceful and relaxing, especially if you're looking to unwind with your family. However, there were a few areas that could be improved.
The rooms were decent but had a few maintenance issues. The AC outlet was oddly placed in the bathroom, which caused the toilet area to stay wet. There was no toilet paper provided, the hand spray was leaking, and hot water wasn't readily available in the morning. We had to run the tap until nearly half a bucket of cold water passed before lukewarm water started to flow.
The breakfast experience was inconsistent. On the first day, a buffet with good quality and tasty food was provided, but on the second day, we assumed it would continue and were informed there was no buffet available. This left us scrambling to find breakfast in the city last minute.
The location is about 10 km from White Town. If you're traveling with family and using rented scooters, commuting back and forth can become tiring. Since it's far from the main town, Ola/Uber drivers tend to demand ₹200 or more over the app rate, making a one-way trip cost around ₹700. Also, the pool was not clean, with sand and leaves from nearby trees. After a large group (~20 people) used it, it wasn’t cleaned.
Positives:
The beach next to the resort is beautiful and quiet—although the water is deep and not ideal for bathing.
The beachfront area closer to the resort is somewhat littered but not too bad.
There is a watchman at the gate, which made us feel our vehicles were secure at night.
The view from the restaurant is stunning, with the beach on one side and a well-maintained garden on the other.
The atmosphere is peaceful and breezy—perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family.
In the evening, they serve food under string yellow lights, creating a warm and cozy vibe that enhances the dining experience.
