De Fleur Hotel (PR Hospitality)

The De Fleur Hotel (PR Hospitality) is right in the heart of the city with famed restaurants and the promenade beach front walking distance away. The De Fleur Hotel (PR Hospitality) staff were polite, the rooms were spacious and decently maintained. What could have been better: the restaurant is short staffed and cannot serve up orders quickly on busy days. It took them about 30 minutes to serve us fried rice and soup. One of the rooms was probably right next to the kitchen vent or had some issues with plumbing. The bathroom smelled fouled for a while on one of the nights. The front desk manager got worked up that we had not checked out at dot 11. Understandable it was a day with many bookings and the rooms needed to be cleaned, but he could definitely have handled the situation better. What we loved: the aesthetics - the property is fairly new and boasts lovely interiors. We got a connecting room though we'd not specifically requested one. The breakfast was scrumptious.

Very good property in this segment, newly built like 2 years. Very nicely decorated and well thought outs. Since both me and my wife is a De Fleur Hotel (PR Hospitality)ier, could see some need of regular maintenance that will keep the property updated always. Booked Platinum rooms, they were nice with a little balcony to sit and enjoy morning tea. Food in restaurant was very good. Breakfast is a bit repetitive, adding some cakes or croissants/morning bakery items will uplift the breakfast experience. Staff was amazing. Overall excellent stay. Loved it. Highly recommend for people to stay here as it is right in the middle of White town and near to French colony where you can experience some nice cafés and beach view. All popular sights of Pondicherry is in walking distance from this De Fleur Hotel (PR Hospitality). Thank you team for your hospitality.

We'd booked a deluxe gold room for our family stay at de flour De Fleur Hotel (PR Hospitality). The room setting was cozy and just perfect, with a nice balcony. The breakfast dining at the hunger bay restaurant was really enjoyable. It included a wide spread of south indian spread, with buffet as well as a-la-carte options. The staff members from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant crew were very hospitable and courteous. They catered to our needs, including customising few special requests for our toddler, and made our stay really pleasant. Overall, we would highly recommend staying at de flour De Fleur Hotel (PR Hospitality) when in pondicherry! thanks to the team for a wonderful service!

I recently stayed at De Fleur Hotel in White Town, and it was a fantastic experience! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach and some of Pondicherry’s most famous cafes. We booked a Platinum Room, which was spacious, well-maintained, and came with a lovely balcony that added to the charm of our stay. The De Fleur Hotel (PR Hospitality) has two in-house restaurants, Hunger Bay and Hangover, both offering great food and a nice ambiance. The staff at the reception were polite and helpful, making check-in and our overall stay smooth. We had a great experience staying here. We had booked platinum premium room. The room was kept neat & the room service was also good. They had variety of menu served for the breakfast. Overall the staff was very supportive and we enjoyed our stay here.

perfect location for stay with family if looking in city area with close proximity to beach. yummy south indian breakfast buffet served. good helpful and polite serving staff across the property. 👍
