Review Of Pondy Heights - Suites and Studios

Property is located right in the middle of the busiest street. Room is spacious and well maintained . Two main drawbacks I experienced one is they provide only one key card it becomes difficult to access the lift when other members are in the room , they should atleast provide 2 keycards , and second drawback is there is no minimum bar in the room which is quite unacceptable because even the budget hotels these days provide a mini bar . Staff were friendly and helping . No such activities in the property it's just the rooms . Preferably one could get a better stay option in this price range with other activities like swimming pool ,game area etc. Also they don't have in house kitchen and no room service a major set back .

Pondy Heights - Suites and Studios is one of the best hotel you are stay, it’s located in MG road away ,amenities is no word to say A to Z is available in the room and service is top notch and there is Richard guys just a kind person and if u have any problems or issue contact him he will take care overall this hotel is very good for families couples and friends this is my experience my rating 5/5 in everything. Definitely next time, I will come here.

I stayed in Pondy Heights- suites and studio in Pondicherry for a couple of days to attend a family wedding and the experience was awesome. The property is located in a prime area with loads of shops and other amenities nearby. The property has covered parking and I was impressed with the hospitality. Right from the security guard up until the property manager (Mr Richard) was very polite, helpful and flexible meeting all my requirements. The room was spacious, well maintained and good looking for the cost per day. I will surely recommend this place to my family and friends. Kudos to the management especially to Mr Richard for his excellent client service.

The price feels a bit high compared to other hotels in the same category. The doors were a bit quirky, and the chain lock was broken. Internet speed was quite slow and often not working. While the posted photos are attractive, they may set higher expectations. Overall, the stay was good, but the experience didn’t fully justify the cost given these issues.

Pondy heights is a best place to stay in Pondy. Affordable, excellent service and the location is accessible.

Pondy heights first impression of the layout of the hotel lobby and rooms was awesome. Nice gesture exhibited by owner by providing information on site seeing.. which helped us to plan our day better. Rooms were cleaned and well maintained. Staff was very cooperative.. overall nice experience.

Pondy Heights is a good property. Facility is well maintained, rooms are clean. Parking is available. Sharmila was really kind and she helped us with some great recommendations. She also made sure to we had everything we needed. All in all, a value for money

The location of the hotel is definitely a plus, it is walkable from whitetown and all the famous cafes and eateries and the promenade and rock beach! Sharmila, the owner of the property, has specially been a lovely host and help us plan our entire day with suggestions for places to visit and eateries. She really helped us have a good outing. The rooms are good and comfortable! the staff is also very courteous. Overall would recommend if u r looking to stay at a good location in city.

Hotel Rooms in Apartment, not having Reception Foyer, it's suitable for solo or family travellers. Rooms are having good interiors. The restaurant is missing, breakfast served in room. It's my first experience. Newly built hotel rooms, I think some more services required at floor levels to improve on feeling of guest for summoning for room services.

Excellent hospitality provided by the host and was kind enough to check on us and our needs. Even during the flood and her house was flooded as well, she made sure every guests are okay and arranged food for us. The staffs were also good and polite

Property is good in central ponds surrounding with all commercial buildings & restaurants, easy accessible to beach, clock tower, vinayaka temple, botanical garden, staff are friendly, knowledgeable also they give tips as per our programs to plan & also save time for tourists. Amenities are very good rooms are very good maintained with all modern. Only ting i felt little disappointed is property is in busiest center if you are coming with own vehicles little busy roads. Price wise i felt little costly. But rest all it's very good, with family are couple it's good to stay.

Centrally located to all the places. Exceptional hospitality by the hosts. Would recommend to everyone travel-ling to pondicherry.

Hotel is in the heart of the city . Room is super clean .. all amenities were perfect .. cherry on the cake is the owner Ms Sharmila .. she gave us the best food suggestions and boating and spa 🥰.. thank u soo much

Very hospitable staff. The room was cosy and well maintained. Only wished there was a mini fridge to store food/drinks. The location of the property is excellent, all good cafes, tourist spots, beach are walking distance
