No family hotel. No hot water. No cleanliness. No proper doors to lock too expensive with given facility. Wine bottles everywhere. No tv. No wifi. Old building, can collapse anytime.

It was a nice place to stay for a day. Since it is nearby main Road there is always some noise but apart from that it checked all the basic amenities.

Nearby to all the spots in Pondicherry

Hotel location is best such that places you want to visit will be in 2 km range. Can hangout on Rock beach in the evening till whatever time you want and then just walk back to room (just 1.3 km). Apart from that hotel staff was very good. Helped a lot, thanks for that. Things which I didn't liked were no bed for third person, provided blankets were not good and only Tamil channels were available on tv.

Bad service

Where do I start? Went to check-in at the hotel around 8 pm, there was nobody! After 20 min a guy comes and tells to wait for some more time. After a long ride, all I wanted to do is a shower but there was no water! It took again 30 min to fix. Went out and came back around 12 to my surprise the gate was closed! And they tell that gates will be closed till 5. Tv doesn't work. Ac was poor. Overall not a great stay at Pondicherry.
