Terrible experience! The rooms weren't cleaned properly. and the room was filled with cigarette smoke. The windows and screens were too small. The bed is also very very small.. rooms are very dirty.bThe bathroom wasn't cleaned, and we're currently disputing with the hotel staff We paid a whopping for the room rent, but it was an utter disappointment and a complete waste of money, considering the deplorable conditions. This is our second bad experience. Total waste of money. Next time, we'll think twice before booking anything

Stayed with family for a marriage function. Room was big and in good condition. My top pick was the maintenance of toilet - neat and well maintained. Staff was well behaved and overall satisfying stay

Room size was compact but okay for 2 ppl. Restroom was clean. Friendly staff. AC was the only problem, it was old and took a long to cool the room.

The room maintanence is good, breakfast is good.

Worst hotel to stay. Power cuts, no room service, no hygiene. No phone working, toilet conditions very bad

We had near miss accident with lift. While going to 1st floor, lift malfunctioned and went below ground floor. We were rescued by hotel staff by manually opening the lift. Rest all was good. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel was good but the amenities mentioned in the hotel description was not there in the room and also i had asked for the mosquito repellent all out’s refill once i called and once i went down and asked, both the times the person at the reception told me he will send the refill but the refill was never sent

1) bedsheets are torn 2) pillow torn 3) pillow cover torn 4) window unable to lock 5) lot of mosquitoes

Very poor room conditions compared to their room rent and no sufficient car parking area. Toilet facilities are also very poor.

Everything was great including food. Few staffs weren't courteous. When we requested for a different room. They understood and helped us out

Bed cover is not clean no hot water window not covered properly no perverse cant able to park the car but food is good

We booked for two adult and two children, but the bed they provided was only for two. Room service worst. Not enough parking space for vehicle. No dormitory for driver. Overall their room was for mostly 2000- but they charged 6500-

They were doing some drilling works and the staffs were not helping us too. And not stopping those sounds. Not worth the stay. Food is also average and they charge too much. Better avoid the place

Very bad experience in this property. No proper support from hotel staff the f&b service is very bad.

Room is ok but they charged triple of actual rent. Normal day they charged 1400 but when i booked they charged 4000 per day.

We stayed a group of 6 people and we booked for 2 double deluxe rooms but they provided the normal rooms with no ac no basic amenities like water bottle, no proper water facility etc. No guarantee for electricity and. No power backup

Average and clean place to stay with family and friends with car parking facility. .

We dint find toilet paper soap shampoo etc service was late. Restaurant opens at 11am so no service.

Nice hotel but rooms are small.
