Perfect hotel, Near the beach and Railway station
Perfect Room, comfortable stay, Staff is very helpful. Go ahead to a comfortable stay. Up to the standard breakfast.

Good Stay
It's almost 2km from Pondicherry New Bus Stand. Breakfast was good. Service is also good. And my room is clean and good. But western toilet is a little higher, so it's not comfortable. Room No: 203

Poor Stay
The room was overpriced due to the long weekend and the tourists coming to enjoy their holidays. The room was charged 4 times more than actually what it's worth. The bedsheets are very stained and not neat. Even though the rooms are spacious it was not worth the money. The location is good, very near to all the tourist attractions. But it is not worth it to stay by paying that much for that room. The staff are not very attentive. We asked for a water bottle as ours in the room was already opened before we checked in and they did not provide a water bottle at all. Spacious, clean and affordable
The stay was good, we booked room which can accommodate 4 guests, it was spacious, clean and food was delicious, we had a really good time there.

Average Stay
1) A restaurant is available at the ground floor but it is in horrible condition. 2) Breakfast time is 8 am to 9 am feeling like a military canteen rather than a trip for recreation. 3) Toiletries are provided only after requests. 4) Not a Treebo level property. Staying in Chennai for 2 days from 31st July to 2 aug booked via treebo app. Clearly feels the difference.

Location is very good, very near to Promenade beach. Delux room was spacious but not well maintained. Breakfast is average. Excellent Stay
The beds were very comfortable and breakfast was delicious and substantial. Staff were very accommodating and quick to respond to any requests.

Stay at Puducherry
Room is good and spacious, have an additional sitting area and bedroom is seperate. 10 min walk to best beach.

Terrible Stay
familyI had a very bad experience at this hotel. The room was in poor condition, with a dirty couch that also smelled. The bathroom tap was leaking, and the tiles looked very old. We ordered milk, and they brought it from a nearby shop, then increased the hotel price without informing us. They didn't have an extra towel available and were also very rude. The breakfast was limited and didn't taste good at all. Overall, it was a disappointing stay.

A disappointing stay!
familyThe rooms were not well maintained and fully infested with cockroaches in all walls and furniture to the extent that they were everywhere from bathroom to beds. The kitchen was also not operational and the variety for breakfast was pathetic. The only plus is that it's centrally located.

Hotel was near by Railway Station. Room was clean Staff was supportive tourist places like white town, promenad beach, rock beach are at walkable distance of 20 minutes
