Hotel staff at reception and gate keeper are big cons. They collaborate with local auto drivers and charge guests more than limit. Also they don’t allow any other driver or taxi to enter the hotel premises. Not even cared to provide water bottle in rooms. They gave us 1lt water bottle for 4 people. They are just coning guests. Lift is too far from rooms and property needs renovation badly. It stinks. This hotel just spoiled our trip to Pondicherry.

We booked the suite, and our experience was good. The service was impeccable, and the staff were pleasant and courteous. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and the bathroom was spotless. Room service was prompt and efficient. The housekeeping, too, was efficient. The location is convenient. Although some renovation work is ongoing, it did not cause us any inconvenience. We would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days and the stay was very pleasant. The staff were very polite and helped with all the information required. Food is really good. They have a veg. restaurant in the building which is also very good. Due to the huge crowd coming to the restaurant finding a parking spot can be challenging even though the Hotel has a decent space for parking. Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel. The staff were very supportive and provided all necessary inputs. The hotel is very near to most of the tourist attractions. Food at the hotel is delicious. The Hotel has a veg restaurant attached which serves tasty food. The Hotel has a decent parking space but the crowd that comes in for the restaurant may make it difficult to find a parking spot. I would suggest this hotel to people planning a trip to Pondy

Stay was good ! breakfast was average because it was complimentary in my booking is also an acceptable, but after checked out, I had a bad experience which is like, I checked out by submitting the card and whatever the pending charges which I had to pay for the food which I ordered, and on the way back to home, I received a call from one of the staff and they were being rudely asking it's already late. You have to check out and there is a charges Need to be paid. I said as I already paid and checkout already! then they were said okay I will investigate again. but my kind request before calling to the customer. Just please verify. I just felt bit offended because of it, because his voice was also a bit rude.

Perfect Stay for a family in Pondicherry. spacious and clean rooms. The food in their restaurant is just awesome! Parking is also available at this part of the city which is a big plus. Bike rental shops and quite a good number of restaurants are also very nearby. if you are a family and looking for a place to stay nearby the tourist areas of Pondi, then look no further.
