Hotel Surguru

Actually It is favorite Hotel Surguru where I used to stay since 2001. Centrally located, tasty south Indian food, very courteous staff, rooms are very neat and clean with all necessary amenities. Services are good. We used to stay in above floors from the reception in ground floor but this time we got the room in ground floor itself which is recently remodeled. Only big negative is though the room is few feet away from reception, I have used to visit every ten minutes for the WiFi reconnect. Poor WiFi connecteivity and much suffered to complete my job.Except this others are excellent services being rendered.

Property was very clean, the people at reception desk were cooperative and explained the locations to be visited.a Room was well maintained. The only thing was hot water wasn't available 24/7 as mentioned. We had to contact reception and ask them to switch it on.

First thing is staffs ... The way they responded and the quick service, and rooms were very neet and everything was really clean , washroom is also very comfortable neat easy to use

Room was neat and clean. Response from Hotel Surguru staff was swift and polite. Ample parking space and great food in the restaurant attached. Had a wonderful stay.

It was a pleasant stay and nice food to have. The rooms were spacious and clean some renovations was going on but still they serve people properly.
