Room not neat and clear. So much of trouble staff and parking. Bathroom door not have lock set. Television not working. Room inside bad smells came. Air conditioning not working well. Bed sheets and mattress dirty Visible smell

I really liked this place – it’s cosy, affordable, and offers good services. The location is excellent, as it’s close to almost every spot in Pondicherry, making travel very convenient. The property also feels very safe and easily accessible, which makes it a great choice for all kinds of occasions.

The stay was way too expensive compare to the amenities as the rates were exaggerated due to long weekend. The place was clean but the washroom was not very clean. For 2 hour early check in had to pay 700 rupees. The the most disappointing part was that the building next to the hotel was getting demolished in the middle of the night from 12:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. the whole building was shaking but the hotel management did not ask anyone to leave or vacate for time being not the inform does before hand that this thing would be happening. even few ventilation windows got broken and there was glass everywhere due to this. had to vaxa the hotel for 2 hours in the middle of night and even after coming back to hotel when there was no explanation from the hotel management they just share one message on the WhatsApp afterwards

Poor Room, No parking, No services, no lock in bathroom, Dirty beds, towels and bedsheets, no charging point. Receptionist is very rude, insisting us to change room even though we said no.

worst Room. fan is slow. Ac low cooling and non adjustable. bad front office reception. I don't recommend

Staffs are very supportive, room was clean & proper taken care of hygiene. Hotel is in middle of the city

The experience was good. Only issue was the water drains slowly from the bathroom. Except that everything is good.

Hotel is fine, rooms are bit small and doesn't worth 1300 bucks. However the staff was helpful and pleasant and rooms were clean.

The staffs were very courteous the owner was very polite the location was quite accessible also they had parking for rented vehicle, the rooms were neat and hygienic as well. Exemplary service overall. Highly recommended !

Okish stay, hotel is near a drain so most of the time outside smells. Average hotel so a bit pricy.

Our stay was disappointing due to a small room, high pricing, and the absence of parking facilities. Adding to the discomfort, the water was noticeably smelly, making even basic tasks like brushing unpleasant. Overall, not a satisfactory experience.

Price could be little less as there is no proper car parking even 2 wheeler parking could have compromise in price
