The stay was pleasant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Unmarried couples were also allowed. Additionally, it is conveniently located near Rock Beach, providing a convenient vantage point to watch the sunrise.

very bad bed , like too old . bedsheet were dirty .No quilt or blanket provided.The room was very old and bed was also not as mentioned (queen).Bathtub was missing even though it was shown while booking.Took charge for laundry service which was in the package

Hotel was in prime location with nearby restaurants and near to white town rock beach. Price was bit high for the facilities and during long weekend. Food they were not serving. Overall I would say old property but stay was good not excellent. They are fixing things slowly

I had booked a "royal suite" room. it has a double bed and a single bed. that was enough for 4 of us. The room was very spacious with a big bathroom attached. Staying inside the room was very pleasant. Problems: It is located in a very busy street with a very small parking space. parking space can accommodate approx six cars and few bikes. Parking was badly stinking with water leakage from toilets. The hotel has a restaurant however it serves only breakfast. This was not expected. I paid approximately 4k per night which is very high for given facility.

I would rate this hotel with 1 star. I have booked non AC room for two days. however, after reaching there we have requested for AC room and paid 1k extra for that. While were checking out they have asked us to pay 1k additional amount which they have not informed us earlier. They collect more than the mrp price for water bottle. Please don't take room number 209 where AC will not work and you will see water leakage in toilet sink.

The stay in hotel was very good. specially receptionist Suresh. They allowed early checkin with an extra charge and allowed us to keep our luggage there after the chekout. Room was neat and clean. Staff behaviour is also good. Comfortable staying. Check in and check out time is strict, if it is little bit more flexible it will be easy to manage. Location is very good, beach is walkable distance and main city also including bus stand and mall. Nearby Bismillah multi cuisine restaurant Annasalai is highly recommend for food.

Feeling as Home Stay and Excellent Rooms with All Amenities...

Saty waw okay , but room needs to be cleaned regularly. As we were bachelor went for party we don't look for much clean and tidy , but when we are with family we look for best one .so felt like improvement needed . And the parking over there is soo congested. Overall the property lies in the heart of the city and its average . Doesn't felt like value for money. Bcoz oyo provides much cheaper and better amenities compared to makemytrip
