Food was bought from outside vendor. Outside room it was so noisy. Bed was not good. Lights were not proper.

Good place just next to the beach. Very friendly staffs. Only issue is they do not have a private parking space

Worst hotel experience I ever had. Everything thats mentioned was false and there were nothing in the room, no toiletry, no internet for few hours, no cleanliness in the restroom, not even a handwash was available. Bedsheet was stained, no lockers, and even there is no ceiling fan, every facility mentioned on the hotel was false. I paid for a single night for a useless room, i wish i could speak to support team regarding this issue.

Had a wonderful stay at Lotus Bay View Hotel in Pondicherry! The hotel has comfy rooms and stunning views of the beach made it a perfect retreat. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Pondicherry. Not just walking distance, it literally at the beach.

Cockroaches in the room and bed, Bathroom door lock wasn’t working, was stuck in bathroom for an hour. Smell all around the hotel. All the time pukish feeling inside hotel. I have videos too if needed i can share

They charged extra at hotel and congestion at room no food service , no food service rooms are small

No parking, difficult to find a safe place in white town to park the vehicle on weekends. Room is way smaller than it looks, linens were of poor quality. Get a room inside white town if you can compromise a bit on location with some amenities in hotel.

BIG NO TO THIS HOTEL FOR EVERYONE. YOU WILL GET SCABIES for sure if you stay. Worst experience till date and it seems has lost its standard and this is my second worst experience. customers are supposed to give the worst rooms in LOTUS BAY VIEW HOTEL . My family did not sleep the whole night because dirty foul smelling were coming from the room and you will find cobwebs in every corner, the given blankets were wet, stained and used and smelly . If you go to LOTUS BAY VIEW HOTEL PONDICHERRY then book your DERMETOLOGIST's appointment in advace and be ready to spend thousands in scratching the itch, just because you want to have the sea view from this hotel. if so then you will get diseases with along.

No parking no room service and if you want cooling water extra charge, drivers are not allowed in room

I had the worst experience staying at this hotel, and I regret every penny spent here. For a price what we got was not even worth ₹500. 1. Cleanliness and Smell: The room was far from clean and had an unbearable bad smell. The plates and glasses provided were filthy, and it seemed like they hadn’t been washed properly. It was so disgusting that I felt nauseous. 2. Bathroom Conditions: The bathroom was in an absolutely horrible state – dirty, unmaintained, and lacking even the most basic amenities. 3. Lack of Basic Facilities: There was no water heater, kettle, toothbrush, or towel provided. The phone in the room was broken and completely useless. 4. Safety Concerns: As two women staying here, we felt very unsafe throughout our stay. The environment was unsettling and did not feel secure at all. 5. Overpriced and Cheating: Charging for such an experience is outright cheating. This place is nothing more than a low-budget lodge in terms of quality and service. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel stay of my life, and I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. Save your money and sanity – there are much better options in Pondicherry.
