Complaint Regarding Terrible Stay at Lotus Bay View Hotel
Dear MakeMyTrip Customer Care,
I am writing to formally bring to your attention the extremely disappointing experience I had during my recent stay at Lotus Bay View Hotel, which was booked through your platform.
At the time of booking, the hotel was described as comfortable and well-maintained, but my actual experience was completely the opposite. The problems I faced included:
Poor Room Condition: The room was unclean, with stained linens, damp walls, and an unpleasant odor. The furniture was old and damaged, making the stay very uncomfortable.
Bathroom Issues: The bathroom was unhygienic, with leaking taps, broken fittings, and no proper hot water supply.
Housekeeping & Cleanliness: Despite multiple requests, the housekeeping staff did not attend to the room regularly. Basic toiletries and clean towels were not clean, bedsheets were having blood stains, rooms full of cockroach and bedbugs.
No House Keeping Staff were seen in entire stay in my floor
washroom door was full of termites and water leakage from aur conditioner.
No Fans in the room and no window for basic ventilation.
completely dissatisfied with my stay and make my trip didn't provide any quick response to address my issue as well.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and take strict action against the hotel for misleading representations and poor service. I would also like to request appropriate compensation/refund for the discomfort and inconvenience caused.
