Super Hotel O White Town Formerly Seascape Residency

Hospitality was very poor, 1st day they put my bed on the floor in the hall as I book on emergency basis and 2nd night they shifted me on 1st floor in the corridor where their is no AC or Fan but yes lots of mosquitos was their with me who stayed with me till morning.Never wants to stay their again and will not recommend to others also.

3rd class hotel and High price no parking poor quality breakfast and smelly room and not give me a water bottle I am very disappoint for make my trip

We encountered issues with drunk guests next to our room. When we complained, the staff assured us they would look into it, but they didn't take any action. Additionally, there was no water supply, the ambiance was poor, and there was no way to contact the staff unless we went to the reception ourselves. The hotel looks nothing like it does in the photos. Overall, it was disappointing.

Very very bad experience , there is no matching the colour of the room / area, no ventilation in the washrooms

The service guy Rajesh is not bothered about basic services like towels and cleaning the rooms after handover the room keys every day as we stayed 3 nights in the same hotel.

The hotel was not up to the mark. Cleanliness was too bad. And the sheets were dirty.

Room was not cleaned. Daily 1-2 cockroaches were there. Stay was near to main places but hygiene was not maintained.

They can’t allow to stay, because they are told booking not confirmation. Very very disappointed with make my trip communication

Location and property itself is absolutely great. Very close to the beach, everything is easily available, room and amenities were good. They don't serve food but i ordered from dominos at 1:30 at night and there was no issue.

Breakfast was added on and paid by me but no any breakfast provided. Told to complaint to make my trip as no any arrangement for breakfast in that hotel. I feel cheated

It was a good hotel but don't have resturent. We had faced hot and cold water problem during bathing but staff had allowed us to use a different bathroom of adjuscent vacate room.

Property was closed and still booking confirmed
