at mid of the night rainwater came inside the room I'm not able to sleep my luggages got wet and very upset on stay. No tables available. Hotel staff came and wiped the water again came inside also no proper response from their side.

Very bad experience. Checked in at 5 in the morning. There were two people at the reception, and one of them troubled us a lot. He kept repeatedly asking for the rate of the already booked room, which made us stand there unnecessarily for at least 30 minutes. This experience was quite inconvenient.

Very poor responding in reception .they were irritated i booked in make my trip .I booked room for three adults but they gave two adults accommodation room.after i fight they gave one extra bed without bed sheet and billow.rest room very bad maintenance.We got bad experience first time in make my trip.they told me any questions ask make my trip

Receptionist was not okay with speaking in English, Hindi, even though he understood everything, not helpful at all, was not providing bottled water even though it was available and we were paying for it, did not provide extra mattress and told that they don’t have any extra mattress, manager and receptionist were not helping with anything.

The hotel is good and well maintained, but no toilet kit, water bottle and towels provided, which makes us to buy everything from outside when required.

When I reached the hotel they have shown me a single occupancy room which was not matching in the booking pictures and then asked me if I pay 1500/- more then I get decent room. The one they showed is not even 75sft and they are manipulating customers by putting images in MMT. I ended up paying extra 1500/- to stay in the other mediocre room. Be aware and confirm before booking or reaching that place.

Food was yum and talking about the location it was good there is a rock beach near to that . Services were good .

The couch in the room was great for relaxing. We enjoyed sitting there and taking a break after walking around the city all day.

Our room had a very relaxing atmosphere. It was quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind after a busy day.

good hotel neat and clean all places easy access near rock beach and railway station The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern with a great shower, and I appreciated the toiletries provided. The only downside was that the air conditioning was a bit loud, but it didn’t disturb my sleep.
