“Had a fantastic experience staying here – right from the cleanliness of the room, staff service, parking, security, and food. I highly recommend this place for a budget-friendly yet good quality stay.

I have been stayed 3 days , Rooms are good , 24 hours hot water,wifi,, room service is fine, food at restaurant is super. it's located at center of pondicherry. Every place is surrounded by 4 to 5 kms only. Location is good. No room service, always they say no person available. Room full of insects. Property is not maintained at all. Two years back it was maintained good, now it is totally pathetic.

This is my second stay here. So obviously the comfort in stay in all aspect made me to continue the stay for the second time.

1. Restaurant was not functional during our stay

Hotel is rated to be 2 star but the facilities were of 1 star hotel. Restaurant food was also not good and tasty

Spacious rooms with good hygiene and cleanliness, complimentary breakfast, okayish parking space. Overall, pretty satisfied with pondy southern residency hotel. Would definitely book again if visiting puducherry in future.

Through friends i came to know about this place. The ambiance is clean and tidy. The room air conditioning is excellent. Front office staff were polite and friendly the food, both veg and non-veg were so tasty and authentic. Thanks for this wonderful experience.

Overall good. Room was neat and clean. Being a pure vegetarian we found this hotel good for food as well.

I can give 5 for this hotel for stay but why did i give 4 mean, for booking he say there is no complement breakfast

Rooms are spacious, however cleaning and hygiene average. The vegetarian restaurant and food quality is good

Good stay excellent hospitality. Tasty food nice property. Near by ecr road shops are available with good non veg restraunt near by. Very good.

Hotel accommodation and arrangement are ok. Rooms are very clean with great service. The manager helped us in getting the scooty on rent at the last hour. Please have food outside - in white town if you are a foodie and traveller.

Good experience. Staff friendly, about food for veg is good available in room also but for nonveg is not responds also overall good. One thing is there for room i requested that staff please give different room and his given thats why extended my room for extra day stay. Good location in pondicherry.

I mentioned early check-in on the site while booking but when i reached there the hotel receptionist said that early check-in isn't possible. We waited around 2, 3 hours to check-in that's too bad. The hotel is too nice for family and couples staffs behaviour is also good

We were a group of 11 people and stayed in 3 rooms for 2 days. Rooms were spacious and comfortable for family. Neatly maintained.

Nothing available at hotel, we should ask for small things all the time then provide like towel, soap etc.

Good stay with mid range of food items with low price. Satisfactory. Good spacious rooms. Customer friendly staffs.
