Roscotel Shara Inn Pondicherry

The overall experience was very good. The rooms were very spacious and bright and clean. The owner has given attention to very minute details while constructing the property. It is within the city so everything was accessible. Swiggy and zomato delivered just fine. No zepto or instamart but which was a challenge. Dealing with the cleaning staff was a challenge but not a major red flag. Lift would have been very nice as we had taken the room in 2nd floor and climbing with the luggage became a challenge.

I stayed there for 3 days with kids. Property was clean and staff was helpful and attentive to address my needs. Location is also accessible to major sightseeing. There is no dedicated parking slot available. Overall satisfied with the stay.

This facility was good, no complaints apart from the mosquitos in the area and that one of the geyser was turned off from the reception. Had to inform in the reception to turn on the geyser after which it was done

The service was very good, and our stay was so relaxing. Very clean, hygienic and spacious rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. Felt like home. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations.

Hotel ambiance was good. You can stay with your family safely and wverytging was clean and neat. But basic amenities were missing like soap, brush and water bottles. Overall a good stay.

A good stay little bit away from sea beach. Comfortable stay with a minor corrections needed 3 nos tv are there but only one connection after instructed water scarcity in the morning
