AC didn't function properly. TV didn't turn on. A lot of mosquitoes. Should park in the open space only.

Every detail was taken care of with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.. What stood out the most was the personal touch – always greeted with a smile, quick assistance whenever needed, and a level of service that exceeded expectations. I reached Pondicherry by evening later than expected, the host stayed late and escorted us to the rooms. he was courteous to suggest us places to visit and help us to roam around as well. the host helped us in dinner suggestions as well. it is also located right next to old French bridge making it easy to navigate to all tourist places.
