Very poor condition of the rooms and toilets, the staffs were so incorporative and rude, we felt like neglected. very poor service, never had such horrible situation.

Random search but excellent ambience close to city centre with wonderful heritage which has become close to the heart. Paras the manager was humble and kind enough to accommodate us.

It is listed as a home stay but actually seems like an art gallery or ashram. So neither like a homestay nor like hotel. There is no service at all, it will be like you have been left alone in a vintage ashram. Rooms are clean but small and are very old with old furniture. The good part is it is nearby to the prime location. Near the rock beach and the white town and main bazaar.

The place was very dirty the approach had filth all over. The rooms allocated to us were not the ones we booked. The photographs are totally misleading. It was only on arrival we realised what a pathetic state and almost slum like place was given. We requested cancellation with full refund. It was declined. Then we were allocated very mediocre rooms on 3rd floor in another property which had no elevators and was an hardship climbing up and down. All in all 0-1 rating with a forgettable experience of stay and surroundings. Believe me i can share photos if you need. Just pathetic and zero hospitality. I would suggest you to delist them.

Yes, there is no mirror in the room, no door mates in the wash room, cleaning of the rooms not done on regular basis, electric plugs are not working - charging of mobile and battery was not done properly.

Excellent. Neat and clea. Exellent, neat and clean. Good hospitality. It is just like our home. Ac, water gyser, coup-board all facilities in budget to stay. Recommend to stay of plan to visit pondycherry. Immage could not be taken.

I’m totally unhappy with the stay. this is totally not worth it. Unhygienic as well. I want a 50% refund at least for such a bad experience. Nothing else to say. I demand a refund for my utterly bad experience and this room does not deserve anything more than 750rs per day

The rooms shown in the pics are clicked from a wide angle camera lens hence look spacious. In reality these are very small rooms. The bed is smaller than the queen size bed. Tv doesn't work (small than a photo frame) there is no wifi. Washroom is very old with rusty taps and stuff, considering it a heritage property it's understandable. However there should be at-least good pressure enough to take shower/bath in the washroom. When i am saying the water pressure is slow, believe me, it's really slow. So slow that it took 5-7mins for the water to reach from your head to toe. No kitchen at the property. Not even to order coffee or tea. Overall the room pricing is way too high. Definitely not value for money. Paying 4k for this room is absurd. The room pricing at inr 1800-2k/night will be more than enough, just because it's in pondi.

Street and entrance you might not like it. Rooms are average. Inside maintenance is very good and classy look, very well maintained, good enough everything. They also keep conducting cultural activities such as classical dancing and classical music. If going in a group, it will be even better. Good common place to sit together. You will feel very calm and quiet. Being in white town, you will have an advantage.

Ambience, calmness all other aspects of the place are good. But i will rate a zero for cleanliness. The rooms smelt like an old attic, poor maintenance, rusted taps and an age old building. You can choose this place if you wanna spent time alone in a peaceful manner. But if u prefer luxury, clean please don't opt.

We reached late at night at the stay. The property is in a unhygienic street. Just outside the room is a sewage. Couldn't sleep due to mosquitos. The room door doesn't close properly. And the condition of the room was also bad.

Property was good but it was not maintained taps are leaking no power back up there was fungus in refrigerator kitchen was in pathetic condition spider webs and cockroach were there bedsheets are dirty quilt were dirty cake takers were very irritating and irresponsible gutter smell every time overall only good thing is the garden area otherwise it was very irritating and dissatisfied experience

The location is not at all good and it is next to drainage. Too many mosquitoes, cleanliness issues, no latches to washroom and the pricing is also too high. This stay is not recommended at all.

If you are looking for a home like feel in a garden stay go for it. It's a very artistic place

I was only given a basic Room which is within 100sq. Ft. Photos shows a big apartment and I booked accordingly. I paid /-approx for a simple bedroom? WAY EXPENSIVE! Need my money back. It didn’t even have a mirror 🤷🏻‍♂️. I was also taken to another place and given my room. The room is fine but /-..? Not at all fine. Need money back.

Price is too high that too without breakfast, without water bottles and basic stuff. I could not see what was heritage in the property. Highly overpriced and over rated. It's a 2star property
