No proper maintenance of room, rest room and no food

No parking No room service. No water in toilet No AC has to change room after 2 hours

Good to stay and nice property middle of the city, very near by all famous roads like Anna sail and MG road

The only good thing about the hotel is location. Other than that this hotel is not worth of what we pay.

Rooms were not good, not clean, facilities not working, need a thorough renovation!

Stay was okay considering the location but rooms are pretty much old not worth of the money that we pay and not maintained up to the mark.

The manager there was very rude and didn’t know how to talk to the customers. He only thinks how to charge extra bugs from people.

The bed is not good The service is ok, the price is also ok, and good location near the beach surrounding good hotels for food thanks 👍

Good one. Close to french colony. Good restaurants at walkable distance. Small but clean room. Neat washroom small parking available.

Room not cleaned, wifi not available, mattress not to standard, service is ok, had to wait one hour for getting the room cleaned

Staff was superb. Food is good tasty with a decent spread. Ambience is also very good. Toilet, tiling and wash counter needs to be upgraded. The landscape needs improvement. But overall a good experience thanks.

Terrible experience. If we book through mm t they allot the tiniest room. The room is ill equipped and services is worst. The staffs are arrogant

Poor ac no wifi for laptop even water is not free overcharge property overall our experience is not good

The room was good but there is no tv in the rooms. They have placed monitors instead. No food is available in the hotel. The staff is little rude. The will not entertain any request. They also have limited parking space.

Room service average, shrink blockage but no repair, drinking water not available. Regular cleaning not done.

It was a horrible stay there, very overpriced and even at the time of checkin they refused to provide us the room, paid additional for immediate checkin.

1. Hotel attendant behaviour was very rude. 2. As i reached hotel 4hrs early with family, they charged immediately 1400 ruppees before entering room which i paid immediately as per instruction. 3. Hotel room bed is not suitable even for two people to sleep properly which i ve booked and suggested by mm t for 2adult and 2kids which was horrible exp. 4. There was a very small tv around 11inch kept in one corner of room which was not in good working condition. 5. Getting hot water for kid at night need to struggle. 6. Hotel attendant receptionist behaviour was very rude as if he was thinking we are staying. Free of cost. 7. At last, i am sup-rising how mm t recommending such type of hotel for a family person. I m completely disappointed with make my trip recommendation. My completely trip got disturbed because of wrong selection of hotel.

Bad experience service very poor reception is handling customer not politely she want patient first.

Nothing special. Just manageable have hi-gene less spacious light and temperatur room maintained. Room service is good. .
