There’s no restaurant in the hotel but they do provide packed breakfast. Location is good and facilities are amazing. Great staff who are friendly and very helpful. They even helped me with my luggage. I will definitely recommend

It was a pleasant stay for 6 of us as the family connecting rooms are perfect and comfortable. only negative about the hotel is the open drains outside which stink a lot. should do something about it. Breakfast was okay but cold.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff there are well trained and professional. The rooms are small but they are well kept and the toilets were clean. We did not have any problems with AC,fan or geysers.They gave us packed breakfast in our room. Since the hotel is located on a very busy street it does get a bit noisy. They do not have a designated parking space and street parking is extremely difficult there. The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff there are well trained and professional. I had a genuinely amazing time at Heritage by DeFleur. The location is unbeatable—walking distance from the bus stop, scooter rentals, iconic cafes, and the beach. As someone who values both comfort and convenience, this stay ticked all the boxes. The rooms were spotless, the property immaculately maintained, and the staff warm and responsive. Everything felt thoughtfully managed without being overbearing. I still catch myself reminiscing about the mornings on the terrace and the ease of hopping out to explore Pondy. Pros 1. The property is at a good location, equidistant between bus stand and the beach 2. The interior is just too good, old school design, gives a really good nostalgic feeling. 3. The staff are super kind, very helpful. Cons: 1. The street view room has too much noice coming from the road, which really affects you if you're a light sleeper. 2. Since the windows are nearer to street lights, you should chip in for dark blinding curtains, normal ones are very transparent. 3. Should move away from packaged breakfast, since it's served very early. It becomes too cold by the time we consume.
