Staying at this Heritage by DeFleur was an absolutely wonderful experience. The property exudes class and aesthetic charm, designed in an elegant South Indian courtyard style that immediately puts you at ease. The ambience was truly soul-soothing – calm, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. All my expectations were met perfectly – the cleanliness was impeccable, toiletries were well-stocked, and the packed breakfast was fresh and satisfying. The staff deserves a special mention for being extremely helpful, kind, and generous throughout the stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this Heritage by DeFleur to anyone looking for a stay that feels like home, wrapped in elegance and serenity. A perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and warm hospitality.

The Heritage by DeFleur is located in the heart of the city, just about a kilometer away from Promenade/Rock Beach and other major attractions. However, parking could be a concern as only public parking is available. We stayed in the Gold Room, which felt a bit congested with limited space to move around. On the bright side, the bathroom was spacious and clean. The property carries the charm of a heritage building, as the name suggests, and the staff were very helpful and courteous. Overall, aside from the compact room size, everything else was great for the price.

Rooms were neat and tidy. The bathroom was in good condition. The rooms are compact. Breakfast was good. They had birds, fish pond and play area for kids to enjoy. As the name goes the place is in french touch. The only drawback is the car parking. They have only little space which makes it tough to park. Mostly the cars are made to park on the road. The property should look for a private space to park cars safely

Location - awesome Property hygiene - great Vintage feel - awesome Service - all good Breakfast - wholesome and good enough! With family or friends or with anyone - suitable for all!

the stay is very nice and pleasent and it is near to white town and rock beach within 1km radius overall the property is very beautiful making it a very pleasent stay

Place is good with a heritage ambience and also have space for 2 wheelers if you rent them there. Staff were very polite and welcoming.

Pleasant Hotel with Old Heritage Ambience is main attraction. Located near to Beach (1Km) and al essential shops are nearby.
