Location is very good as the famous rock beach of pondicherry is only 1.5 km away from the hotel Atithi. Items of complementary breakfast are very testy.But price of various food items for lunch/dinner are too high. Facilities are not so good. TV is not in working condition and the wash room space is not adequate specially the bathroom is too small. Behaviour of staff is good. Overall, it is good for staying.

The property is located right on the main road crossing, easy to locate and easy to find on map. Lot of parking space. Rooms are spacious and clean with all modern facilities. The TV could be bigger. Toilets are clean. The staff are courteous specially front desk staff Thusngli was very helpful.loy of breakfast option in buffet...there is in-house Resturant and rooftop pool and a well equipped gym. Lot of shops for food medicine alcohol etc right in front of the hotel

First the reception who was there in check in was not at all welcoming or warm or happy to greet the guest... Maybe she was having a bad day... I have been to similar style of hotel in Pondy where they greeted so wonderfully with a welcome drink, a balloon for my 3 year old and smile to greet ... Seriously put us off... Second whenever we asked for assistance the front desk girl who welcomed us was least bothered.. even the guy who was there wasn't keen to help . I think they both were having a bad day.. and our family had to face it.. I lost my key card when I asked for it she said they don't have replacement card, we I'll open the door for u but u can't close after that or get power in room... We were like what... Then we asked to check with manager and he gave a replacement card in 2 min Rooms were ok . Nothing great to say.. when other hotels are providing android tv they have given simple tv... Disappointed for the price range Restaurant folks were awesome and really helpful and worth the time and experience... Hats off to them.. Facilities were not great for the price range.. next day morning reception folks were really good.. totally opposite to the girl I met first day... Overall never going there again until inhave no other option 😕

Pros: i)- Location is easily accessible and very close to rock beach. ii)- House keeping, room service and security guards needs much praise for their hard work. iii)- Swimming pool is also the highlight. Cons: i)- The check in time of 2pm is so disappointing along with the rooms that have such dim light that without opening curtains it feels like it’s night outside. ii)- Food is expensive like 4 star but tastes below average. iii)- Corridors have dim light too and while passing through most of the time it smells of food. In the night they close the main gate along with lights and it’s completely dark while going outside. iv)- Breakfast buffet had many options but lacks taste. v)- Room facilities showed phone in the bathroom, mini bar and refrigerator in the room in which bar was missing and the refrigerator was hot like oven. •••In short, avoid this and look for some other hotels as if your room and food aren’t good, you can’t expect more. •••
