Not a maintained property. Beds are not comfortable. Washrooms are poorly maintained. Health faucets were fully rusted and non functional. Mosquitoes in Lobby area and. Restaurant. Food was ok. Location is ok

Terrible Stay
Oh god... that was the most unpleasant stay I've ever had. The room cleaning was the worst - it wasn't neat and clean at all. The systems were really horrible - issues with power, unclean blankets, and broken toilet doors.

The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.The front desk staff was very receptive and helpful,Impeccable service and hospitality from the staff made our retreat most enjoyable and excellent amenities like delicious food and But the rooms aren’t and washrooms,and lift isn’t maintained so well..There are some stains left over the pillow covers and sheets..so I would like to share my positive and bad reviews about the stay

Not a good experience
During my recent stay for 4 days, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted the overall experience: • Room Access & Cleanliness: The initial room had a broken door lock on the restroom, compromising both convenience and security. The alternate room provided had a persistent cigarette smoke odor that lingered for days, making it uncomfortable for my family. • Staff Conduct & Service: From security personnel to restaurant staff, the service lacked warmth and professionalism. A particularly disappointing moment was when the door attendant openly discussed a parking issue involving us in front of other guests—an incident caused by the security team allowing us to park across a path, which I couldn’t rectify for nearly 40 minutes after stepping out. • Childcare Support: We requested milk for our baby, which was initially promised as a complimentary item after speaking with the manager. However, it was delayed for almost two hours. Ironically, when we paid for the same milk later, it was delivered within minutes—highlighting a lack of consistency and urgency in service. Overall, the stay fell short of basic hospitality standards.

There is a vast difference in the images shown and the actual rooms. Very old, untidy rooms, terrible linens. AC was not functioning properly. Fan regulator broken. Flush was problematic. Would not recommend at this price point.

Our stay at Le Royal Park from 26th to 27th July was extremely disappointing. The experience did not match the price we paid—₹11,100 for 2 rooms. Here’s why: • The staff were not friendly or welcoming. • The swimming pool was unusable, and the area around it was poorly maintained and shabby. • The overall cleanliness and upkeep were below expectations for a hotel in this price range. Definitely not worth the money. I strongly do not recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Pondicherry. There are much better options nearby with better service and value.

Avoid This Hotel at All Costs
"I booked this hotel expecting a wonderful weekend getaway with my family, drawn in by their promise of a swimming pool. However, upon arrival, we were told it was 'under service' and not operational. To make matters worse, the rooms were subpar, the restroom was unclean, and the TV didn't work for the entire day. Given the 3-star rating, we expected much more. Instead, it felt like a local lodge rather than a reputable hotel. With a whopping for a single night's stay in two rooms, I'd advise others to steer clear. The hotel seems more interested in snatching your money with false promises than providing quality service. *Save your money and book elsewhere. Trust me, you won't regret it.*"
