Excellent service and management. All the previously mentioned amenities provided without any issues.

Rooms were average but hygiene could have been better. Few people were smocking in other rooms with door open, that was very pathetic attitude from hotel management that could have stopped that. Did not find worth for the money given. Better look for some other place if you are traveling with family. Hotel location is good but facility wise it is ok.

Room is good and has clean double decker/bunk beds. No attached toilet.

Neat and clean decent professional hotel. I stayed for 1 night. Right location in midst of downtown. Based on the experience i next week end booked for my family trip as well.

I had planned for a family vacation (6 members and 3 kids)to pondicherry on december 25 to 27, and since it was a last minute booking i found this hotel to be a cost effective option, else i would have preferred other options. Now coming to the review, the pros: The hotel location was good, right in the middle of many restaurants and shops. Rooms were good and tidy thought renovation work is going on on the hotel. Cons: The hotel manager gave the room opposite to us to a bunch of drunks who were shouting and singing all night, which caused a nuisance and we were not able to sleep almost the entire night. Also upon requesting the manager to change their room, we found him to be also drunk and of no help. Hence i request any family to think twice before booking this hotel.

Near main attractions, but parking is limited to 4 cars.

We group of friends planned for a Pondicherry trip. Stayed in this hotel for the second time. It's Worth the money. Staffs were so kind. No disturbance. No issues. Some can be fixed. But to the price tag it's worth the stay.

Ac and Ac remote not working properly, TV remote not working properly, blocked drainage. No staffs for room service. An arrogant old guy at the reception. Only 5 or 6 dishes in the menu takes an hour to serve simple dishes like fried egg, served an cold soup after waiting for 2 hours. Overall this hotel is a disaster.

Highly disappointed for food, hotel cleanliness, service, etc.

This is my worst trip I ever traveled, in the hotel room, as no fan, mosquito bites, no drinking water and any beverages, telephone always not in use. Breakfast bad quality, two idly and only one very bad quality poori, etc. Very worst trip.

Breakfast they serve is very limited. Rooms are clean, air conditioners work well. Manager is a kind heart guy, who will always take care of your needs. Conclusion value for money.
