We had a brief stay, but we really enjoyed it. The interior and ambiance were pleasant, creating a contemporary vibe. The space was neat and clean. It's a must-visit location if you're looking to relax and feel at home. The host was also polite and very helpful.

Such a beautiful and picturistique, antic property with mind blowing artworks wherever you looks.

The best stay and totally loved and it’s budget friendly

The property was 5 mins walking distance from the Pondicherry rock beach, and in a good location. There were many eateries 2 mins walking distance from the property, with delivery coverage by Zepto, Zomato too (if needed). The host was reachable over the phone for our queries too, as needed some guidance on location, timing and parking. At the property the person who manages (Parash) was an excellent host, provided us required assistance whenever needed. He stays at the property, so you would find it very helpful. Property itself is very neat and well maintained, we got two rooms at the terrace with a good view outside. This place had hosted many prominent individuals in the past, and we loved the art and vibe of this place a lot. The common area has a microwave, refrigerator, utensils, cooking arrangement, drinking water (Aquaguard), and dining space you can speak to the host and use. Parking was on the road outside, we had a Tata Safari sized car but didn't face any issue with on road parking. Some people reviewed about room having no attached bathroom, which is correct for few small room - you can check your rooms pic before booking or speak to host with room number and confirm. We got both rooms with attached spacious bathroom, so didn't face any issues. We loved the stay and would book again on our next stay.

It was a beautiful experience. Great place, such neat, clean rooms. The decor, the art is amazing. The owner has put in a lot of effort to make it look aesthetic and artsy. The caretaker was also readily available. There was access to the stove, kettle, and filter watch. The location is very close to Rock beach. would definitely recommend this place

Ambience was good and clean but AC was not that much cool it’s normal like a fan and restroom door didn’t have a lock and there is no shower gel or body wash all boxes are empty only and Tv is there but not in use these are all some bad things in that place…..remaining all gud

We were 10 of us, it was a new fantastic experience to have property to ourselves. Art collection displayed was of good collection. Lalith the host is a nice warm person.

We arrived early and were accommodated immediately, though we were charged an extra ₹1,000 for early check-in. The room was ready, and our host, Parash, was always just a text away for any assistance. The place is spotless and well-maintained, with a charming colonial-era ambiance. The antique furniture, warm lighting, and stunning paintings made it feel like an art gallery. The geyser worked perfectly, although the Wifi was bad. Overall, a pleasant experience!

It's just basic rooms with an attached bathroom. Property is quite old and lacks basic maintenance. For eg, bathroom door doesn't close, taps look old and worn out. The access is only thru stairs and rooms are on 2nd and 3rd floor. No food arrangement. However, it is located very near to white town so all eateries and rock beach are at walking distance. Definitely overpriced.

My stay was an absolute nightmare. I arrived around 10:30 PM after a long day of travel, only to be told my room was overbooked. They moved me to a different building, which was poorly marked and hard to find in a sketchy, unsafe area. When I finally got to the room, it was disgusting—there was a foul smell, and to my horror, I found multiple cockroaches crawling around. The room had a creepy, haunted vibe with flickering lights and strange noises, making it impossible to relax. There was no food offered, and to make matters worse, there was no security or even ID checks at the entrance. I felt completely unsafe. I wasn’t expecting much, but this was beyond unacceptable. I left at 6:30 AM the next morning, just hours after checking in. I will never stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Property is at great location with walking distance from the beach, rooms were cleaned and maintained however almost all the doors including the bathroom doors are in a bad state, it is a task to open or close them. Also there is no lift. There is a huge kitchen where utensils gets cleaned regularly and referigerator also is available in the common area. The caretaker paras was very cooperative and also quickly arrived to help us when we got locked out of the room.

Lovely location, 1 minute from rock beach, the place is awesome with all the wooden and antiques in your room, the host and caretaker are very humble. (for north indians best place as both speak hindi)

clean, peaceful . Good for art lovers, sea view from balcony. No food available, but restaurants are nearby you can order and have it in the dining area.

Location is very nice, close to Beach area & all prominent places is near-by. Property is well maintained.

Our stay at aurodhan art gallery was unique, amazing pleasant, we got a room open to the terrace, we could watch the sun rise( of course, a little hindered by the neighborhood houses) it was a beautiful view. Coming to the room, it has home like vibes, we spent 2 nights, it felt like our own bedroom. The bed and dohar was comfortable. The prime attraction is the vintage decor, every wall, every table adorns vintage art pieces, mirrors and many more. The reception is nothing short of a museum with exquisite paintings hanging on the walls. It's surely "fantartstic!

It was nice, heritage & antique feel, really worth for one who travel as couples also the serve is really awesome

Very good experience as far as furniture’s and fixtures are concrete. Very neat and clean. Just need to have arrangement of shampoos and body wash as most of the travellers don’t carry such stuff

The stay was truly magical. Never experienced such a peaceful experience before. I recommend everyone to book your room here its worth for it.
