1 - the hotel had no room service, I was given rooms on the 2nd floor and had to carry luggage by myself.
2 - Hotel provided 4 towels for 8 guests and denied giving towels to all guests. Same story with mineral water. They did not change towels / linen through my 3 days of stay. Luckily we carry out own towels as well and purchased some more.
3 - I had booked 4 rooms with 8 guests with breakfast. However breakfast was denied for 6 guests. MMT provided me with a refund of breakfast. I enelded up ordering breakfast from outside everyday including disposable plates, tissues, glasses etc.
4 - the hotel room was very dirty including walls, fittings, bathrooms, linen, towel in short everything. It had cockroaches flies and insects. I raised a complaint with MMT for cancellation of booking and refund but they could not get it cancelled as it was in refundable booking. The room photographs in MMT listing was very different from actual experience. I submitted several photographs relating to issue
5 - the hotel staff was not polite or considerate in any manner, in fact he raised his voice on many occasions and threatened as well
6 - This hotel does not deserve to be listed on MMT and a 3 star rating is not justified. It should be a 1 star lodge at best.
