Super Collection O Puducherry Railway Station Formerly Peace Residecy

We contacted the property manager before booking from make my trip. They said that we can do early check in that will cost some amount, which was fine with us. When we reached no one was there in the property we had to wait till 1 hour 30 mins for them. We were calling the manager he took the first time after that he didn't receive the test of the calls.

Not upto the mark , will not recommend this to other friends or family . ..

for the price offered for Ac room it's worth it....only issue is if then replace bedsheets or not for everyone after checkout...

recently stayed in this room and would rate the experience as average. The room was clean and decently maintained, though nothing particularly stood out. The bed was fairly comfortable, and basic amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and hot water were provided. However, the decor felt a bit outdated, and there wasn’t much attention to detail in the overall ambiance. Noise from the hallway could be heard at times, which affected my sleep slightly. The staff was polite but not especially attentive. Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay if you’re not looking for anything fancy—just the essentials at a reasonable price.

Initially we booked for one day only, later we extend 2 rooms for another couple hours , but the full day payment and they comple to vacate 5pm onwards. But we paid full day amount

Great stay. Good service from the peace residency. Lift working great. Room is clean and hygiene. Drinking water is not tasting good in the hotel. Staffs were helpful throughout the stay at the hotel

Not clean overall rest room is very worst

Hotel location is nice, but there is no restaurant at the hotel. Staffs are friendly. For short stays good choice.

Poor customer service. Rude behaviour by the management. They charge money for everything like water, paste, brush, soap, one hour late check out. This property previously was a ladies hostel. So the manager words are unparliamentary like ladies hostel warden. Don’t ever come to this hotel.

The staff are not cooperative and helpful. Rooms are quite small for a family and the charges are more.

The hotel was not clean and hygienic, mosquitos were there. Bathroom was. It cleaned properly. They checked amount i paid and then gave me room, since i had already booked and wanted to travel next day just to keep my luggage as i felt unsafe had to extend my stay otherwise i would have left earlier

Air conditioning and hot water service was excellent. It is not preferable for family stay. It's ambience is terrific looking like horror movie.

Nice stay. Rooms were clean. Tv not worked properly. Staffs were polite and helpful. Slightly outside from main places but it's worth for the money. No issues about cleanliness.

Room was good. But the restroom was an below average. The shower wasn't working and the water was sea water. Overall it's good for a one - two days stay

There was a lack of cleanliness in the bathroom and the towel, and the pillow cover appeared unclean. It was also sophisticated.

I have booked this stay for my recent visit to pondicherry, since this was a long weekend, i got this at the least price. I have visited this place with my family. And thought of we have booked two rooms here, one room was good but the other was in pathetic condition. We found small cockroaches on bed. The bathroom was not clean and the room condition was not good.

Good but small rooms, near to beach. All the things will be available near by. Reasonable stay for group or solo

The stay was quite average. The floor was sticky and stained bedsheets but it was okay as it was washed. Still can be better. The people were good. So that was comfortable.
