    very bad hotel

    Worst experience ever its not a hotel its a home where you stay at too floor with good view. No one will come to pick your luggage. Be very careful when you need to use washroom early morning there is no water and you need to keep on following with then to get the water on taps

    The person denied check-in & said this is the wrong booking of yours, it was done in a different hotel until I called up the customer care after 40 min he has allowed us to find the room was not given any basic amenities like water, toiletries etc... I think we were expecting a minimum
