No proper response and they didn't provide anything (bedsheet,soap,etc) that they updated in the portal . And also not satisfied with the room facilities and bedsheets are not cleaned.

The rooms are worse that dormitories in railway station. we were not provided any complimentary breakfast.. The toilet smelled like public drains. Very disappointed

No place to keep the bag.Towel and Blanket not washed.Room too small.

Worst experience from all my travelling. They provide 2 classic room - One with sufficient space for night stay and second one having 6X8ft room with 5x6ft bed inside. No space for luggage, no cupboards, no mirror. Even it's bathroom with toilet was only 3ft wide in that, you have to sit within half feet. So we request to change room similar to first one but they told that no room available. After that they gave similar room to another guest and told that they've prebooked. So pre-booking from MMT doesn't mean anything to hotel staff. We highlight issue to MMT but after 1hr long discussion with customer care, they didn't even respond to MMT. So we tried to find another hotel but due to weekend, all hotels were full. So we have to adjust within 6x8ft room only for our 3 days tour.

worst experience ever I had at a stay. The room was too small not even having space to walk or keep your bags and things. the door latch was broken, no amenities provided as mentioned like hot water and not even a mirror in the room. the manager was too rude when asked about changing the room. not recommended

Room stinks, dirty curtains, dirty and used towel. Never book this hotel for stay instead look out for alternate options. Also the property owner is rude.

Room was dirty, no clean bedsheets,. No towel. No drinking water, no window. I complaint to mm t for changing my room. They just made it pass. Worst hotel. Worst mm y service. I left mu charger there. They didn't even call back. Do not pit such miserable hotel on mmt.

room is good and staff behaviour is also a good. if you don't want extra luxury must recommend & budget friendly.

Water heater was not working properly and unable to turn on tv. The picture given was very different

the room was too small and was dirty so that I had to vacate after 30 mins and book another one. It was just the size of a queen size bed

I've visited the hotel an hour before(11am) my check-in time(12pm. It seems hotel got renovated and there is no waiting hall/lobby. Even though rooms are available, they're not ready to provide earlier check-in at free of cost. I've booked 2 rooms for 4 members and had one extra guest making a total of 5. They've mentioned that they do not allow more than 4 as we've booked only for 4 and rooms are sufficient enough to place an extra bed. Then they've offered a quadruple room which is enough for 5 persons and we've agreed to it. Door handle knob present inside the room is not working and i was told to get it fixed within 2-3hrs and it was not done. Shower in the washroom is not working. They've mentioned that they've solar water heating facility. When i complained about hot water not coming, they've mentioned that they'll provide a hand heater which is quite amusing. (no they've provided that too though) they've provided a towel upon our request. Total seat is pathetic.
