DO NOT BOOK HERE: Unacceptable Conditions This was an extremely and unpleasant stay. Here are the core issues: Hygiene Nightmare: We found insects on the bed The Smell: The room had a seriously weird, persistent odor the entire time. Zero Comfort: The mattress was painfully stiff, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Missing Basics: No night lamp was provided. No lift: The lift was out of service, which was a huge hassle with luggage. Avoid this hotel; the basic standards for hygiene and service were simply not met.

I recently stayed at hotel pleasant inn and had a wonderful experience overall. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly. My room was clean with all the basic amenities provided. The location was convenient, close to major attractions (White town, Arbindo ashram,rock beach). One thing that stood out was comfortable bed. However Wi-Fi speed was fast.

I didn't like the food.There were cigarettes in the area next to the bathroom. The rooms had a weird smell. There were also some cockroaches seen in the corridor and 2-3 in the room

There was only breakfast, and it was good. But, the people neither understand English nor Hindi. They should learn either of it. The house keeping service is really bad. We were sort of disrespected. They asked about the whereabouts of glass and towels when their own staff took it while cleaning The breakfast is scheduled at 7am, we left hotel around 8.30 and didn't got any on the day of checkout.
