Nice room and people :)
Great room, cleanliness, hospitality and area. The breakfast provided was great. It is 10 mins from Eden Beach. Hence, commute is easy if you’ve your own vehicle.

Extremely Disappointed with My Stay
I am highly disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The location is extremely remote, the roads leading to it are damaged, and the area is muddy and difficult to access. Despite prior assurances, the hotel did not provide any laundry services during my stay. At the time of checkout, I was not given an invoice—something that was promised to me . Unfortunately, the hotel refused to fulfil this commitment. The receptionist was unprofessional and dishonest, and I found the hotel manager to be completely irresponsible. He did not respond to my calls or the receptionist’s calls, showing a clear lack of sincerity and accountability. Overall, this experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. I expected better service and basic professionalism, neither of which were delivered.

Homestay Fee
familyMy recent stay was pleasant. The property is brand new, so everything feels fresh. However, there is definitely room for improvement. The hotel does not have a restaurant, so having breakfast in a tiffin feels odd and more like a homestay rather than a resort. Additionally, there is no variety in the breakfast menu – only Idli, Vada, Pongal, Tea, and Coffee were offered. The room did not have a kettle or tea packs, which are considered basic amenities for any hotel. There are no gym, pool, or internet facilities available. Furthermore, during monsoon season, it can be challenging to reach the resort by car due to the lack of proper roads. I would appreciate the stay more if the costs were reduced to that of a homestay rather than a resort. We paid almost 20K for two rooms for two nights.

familyStay was good. Place is very peaceful. It’s near paradise beach, best part you need not to go to boat house, near to it there is private paradise beach. Breakfast provided is very good and sufficient quantity. Villa room was awesome. It’s more advantageous if you are two family staying together in a private villa. Overall nice experience.

Best stay for famil
We are a married couple looked for privacy and safe place to stay in pondy, we found devaki resort and price was very reasonable. Rooms are really spacious away from city traffic. Daniel and jerold help friendly and provided very good breakfast. Recommended for any guest.
