This was our first time visiting Pondicherry. There were a few pros as well as cons of this place. Pros: 1. The hotel was located just 10 minutes from the airport. There were plenty of eateries and shops in and around the hotel, it was easy to get around Pondicherry from this place. Overall, the accessibility was great. 2. The receptionist was warm and welcoming from the first to the last day. 3. The washroom was clean and hot water was available round the clock. Cons: 1. The room was very small with no ventilation whatsoever. There was just one window facing the corridor with no mosquito net thus rendering it absolutely useless. 2. The hotel did not have bath towels at all. We had to manage with only one towel a day. We had requested for extra towels multiple times and had also offered to pay extra for them. Even then, no towels were provided and we were repeatedly told that the laundry hasn't arrived yet. Bath towels are an absolute necessity for any guest. We have always received adequate bath and hand towels wherever we have stayed in the past. Hence, we had to manager with our personal hand towels during the entire stay. 3. Room service was poor. It took at least 15 - 20 minutes for the staff to provide even a water bottle. 4. There was no housekeeping done at all during the entire stay. We had to make the bed ourselves. No sweeping, no mopping and no washroom cleaning was done. In summary, the stay was below average. Its definitely recommended to search for and book a better property.

Very neat and clean rooms, also provide a kettle. Very near to the rock beach, food we have not tried, facilities like hot water, parking, brush and paste are provided.. over all very neat, clean and good, must have to visit..

Comfortable stay, good Service, and excellent trip in pondicherry

The property is really good. We had a really good stay. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

Overall stay was above average. Room and washroom was neat and clean. Staffs were friendly. They have a covered parking. Wifi speed in our room was very good as we were just in front of the router. Now coming to the points due to which it’s rated average. They did not tell us that they have a normal drinking water facility even though I asked. So we continue to buy mineral waters from them as only one bottle was complimentary per room for your entire stay irrespective of the no of days stayed. However, the manager gave us 2 bottles complimentary during checkout. We asked them for glasses to drink hot water as the rooms had electric kettle and reminded them multiple times. But they did not give it. We had to ask them for towel, it was not there at first but toiletries were there. For another soap we had to ask multiple times.

Room was really nice and clean, staff is really helpful. The thing I liked most is their parking space if we have rented vehicle.

Decent, clean, Near by to all the places. Free vehicle service to railway station is not there as mentioned in make my trip.
