Stay was pleasant overall. They could have arranged for a mini fridge, microwave etc especially when traveling with kids. Parking was on the street.There was dust accumulated in some areas of the room.

The stay was fine but the room service pathetic. Had called the room service/ reception 4 times for extra towel and drinking water. Even after repeated request there was no service provided. Had to manage without them. Also, you can hear voice of people talking in the other room and the drainage sound of the pipeline. No sound sleep. Avoid staying at this hotel

hotel staff behaviour is arrogant and services is horrible. nobody is is listening for customer service. I can order tea , they deliver after 1 hours. during dinner in their restaurant for food taken 1 hours for delivering the items, on that time total 8 customer was there
