Bon Sejour

During my stay at the hotel, I had a very unpleasant experience. The moment I lay down on the bed, I realized that the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The springs were literally coming out, poking my back, making it impossible to rest properly. I immediately informed the hotel staff about the issue and requested them to either replace the mattress or provide me with another room. To my disappointment, they simply said they couldn’t change it. The lack of service and care made my stay very uncomfortable. But the staff was nice

Facilities are not good, TV was not working, no water bottles was given staff is not sufficient and not cooperative

Property is located in main area, easy to accessible. Room was not maintained well. Less hygienic. No in-house restaurant. Breakfast is good. Staffs are good.

location is good, I had stayed here before Covid it was good, but this time experience was very bad lot of mosquito, was looking like a place not used for some time. Very poor maintenance The staff was good, and the breakfast was also good.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was quite average. While the room was spacious and clean, the toilets were not up to standard. Additionally, the service was lacking overall. There was minimal service available in the rooms, and breakfast took nearly an hour to be served, which was disappointing. Overall, the large room was a positive aspect, but the poor quality of the toilets and the slow service detracted from the overall experience.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed by owner and it too expensive also which is terrible. This is the situation of a suite room

The hotel charged me extra than what is allowed for the 2nd child (12 years. The extra mattress it provided was below standard, the bed sheet was torn, room had mosquitoes, the washroom didn’t have any exhaust system to throw the bad odour out and the breakfast had very few options.

The hotel is average and not worth the price for money. The service is also very poor, room cleaning happens when i ask to clear, bedsheets are not changed on a daily basis. Water bottle at room provided only once. Tea kattel not clean and i have to wash it my self to use. Wifi is in description but was not available. The cost they charge, you can get a good luxury hotel near the beach. As a whole not worth it, don't waste your money.

Break fast was awesome, everything was server with care and attention and taste was also good

The rooms were clean and tidy but weren't upto the mark overall the hotel was average slightly overpriced for the provided facilities, the dining area seemed a bit untidy

There was nothing inside the hotel Bon Sejour. Restaurant, Bar and everything was closed. When asked-- they said some renovation. Also, My family was only staying at the hotel and nobody booked rooms it seems. Which made me feel bad and also we were scared to pass the time until next day. I couldn’t enjoy restaurants bar and any amenities in the hotel

Room is good, bed and bed covers are old, no restaurant to order food, we should order outside via swiggy. Price is high for this hotel, they charged 1200 per day for the extra bed, which is even worst. Make my trip should include extra bad when we book rooms including kids.

The stay says it is a 3 star building and the building is big but it is quite old building with not much facilities like swimming pool, a decent stay but it is definitely not the worth of money they charged me, if you get time you can book hotels early and get nice hotels for the same money.

Very secluded place to stay and not a decent place for a family. But in contrast a good breakfast and room service.

One of the worst hotel i have ever stayed. Must be categorised under one star property. Rooms are not as per the standard of price charged for, ac not working, restaurant not operational, rooms are very dirty, hospitality zero, no support staff available after 08. 00 pm, no much options are available in breakfast. Not recommend anyone to look for, completely wastage of money.

Hi, prime location, it's old property seems, breakfast was good with very minimum variety, it's not 100% worth for money.

Our stay was good and the room and bathroom were clean and maintained. Breakfast was nice good and there were a variety of options. However there were few concerns like 1. Bed was not up to the mark, it was a spring type and less comfortable. 2. There was no board outside the hotel, it was a bit difficult to figure out the exact location of the property in that street.

Very bad service, not courteous at all. Not being available to discuss

Very limited staff, but the property was good. They have to promote property. Because during weekends also many of the rooms are vacant
