Very high charge and not providing complementary breakfast and even if we check-in 3 to 4 hours late they are not providing at least 1 hour extension. No lift facility it’s very difficult for elders and shifting bags also very difficult

We booked for just one day, and for a simple date change they charged Rs. 1500, which is extremely high considering the property rent itself is only Rs. 2000. I ended up paying an additional Rs. 1500, which is 75% of the actual rent. This kind of pricing feels unreasonable and disappointing.

It's a windowless room which we got to know only after checking in. They didn't have any with window rooms available and booking site also didn't mention about no windows However, their service is good and cleanliness is above average. It is walking distance to the beach and French colony so it was useful for us.

Overall, the experience was okay. Although there was no lift facility, one of the staff members kindly helped us carry our luggage. During our stay, one of the beds unexpectedly broke, but the staff responded promptly and fixed it right away.

biggest red flag there was no lift... sheets were dirty..saw worms in bathroom.. furniture were very old... it had rain that night and all the water came into gallery.. pantry had no spoon and bowl plates...i got it after asking many times....
