The stay was ok for the price. There are facilities. Toilet doesn't even have jet spray. Location wise a good place. There is beach near by and everything available . Overall reasonable place to stay for the price paid for 2 days.

Terrible Stay
No toiletry provided at the hotel. Towel not peovided. Flush wasnt working in one of the toilet’s. No one at the reception to help as well. Its a marriage hall room. Be aware before booking this.

Average Stay
Washroom jet was not working and too much , bathroom were not proper .. after we asked for soap and towel they brought it .. which is mandatory thing .. in this huge budget of 5k, it was not up to the mark

Terrible Stay
It was terrible hotel stay no staff was present as this is marriage ceremony hall and the rooms which was given to is are of marriage rooms no housekeeping, no supervision at all i have a strong complaint about the make my trip as to why you chose this terrible hotel on your platform. Poor Stay
Usually i book my hotel and always found staying at hotel almost comfortable and as per expectation. This is the first i have disappointed and disheartened with the booking of sri ganesh mahal guest house. I was booked the room for two days 13th & 14th december. No one available at reception. One security guard attended us and somehow he led us to the room. He opened one room for us but it was not cleaned, hence he opened another one that also ac not working, finally 3rd room opened room no. 203. That security guard also puzzled with us. No hanger was available inside the wardrobe. Then i asked him for hanger, in reply he told not available. There was on towel available in the bathroom. When i asked him he brought two small towel and one bottle of drinking. Water. Then he gave me a mobile number and told me sir please whatsapp your booking details and id proof to in this number. I did so. However, me and my daughter compelled to stay there since we have already paid hotel charges. Then yesterday i. E. On 14/12/23 we left the guest house around 8:30 pm. Room key handed over to the security guard. I found the property is not suitable to stay. It's basically a marriage hall and backside of the hall some rooms are available which are being used mainly when marriage ceremony is held and the guest from groom side or bride side are being accomodate.

Average Stay
The property is very average n it's basically a marriage hall guest house. Until we visit the property this information wasn't known. Maintenance is also very average. Since i didn't like the property i haven't taken the pics

Good Stay
Very easy to access the hotel. Staff was friendly. Rooms were well maintained. Public transport easily available. Overall very good stay.

Worst Toilet
Bathroom is not maintained properly. all the floor and corners are full of black coated dust… Importantly the water is in black colour and smells odour. they didn’t even clean the room after the previous guest check out.

It was good stay. Rooms are clean and properly maintained. Property location is at the city. We didn't have food there because we went out. So i can't comment on.

Below average service
This is a guest house which is part of a large convention hall. The rooms are quite congested, wifi wasn't working, no toiletries were provided, no lift and water bottle/ towels were provided after asking. The price is a bit much for the stay and services offered, totally not worth. The only pleasing area in the whole property is the lawn area that leads to the guest house.

Very normal hotel stay
