Stay was good. Room was nice. Food is great. Location is fantastic. Lovely surroundings. Near to the beach. Lots of different food options and restaurants in the surrounding areas.

The hotel ambience is very good. However 1. There was no cupboard in the room; couple of wall shelves and a hanger rod was there, it helps to keep the clothes and belongings private. 2. The breakfast items were really limited. 3. The spring mattress was probably old and weak making it sag deep on the edges, causing back sprain.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Very cute and aesthetic place. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Both staff members called Sandhya helped us plan our itinerary very well

A pleasant stay in white town , Pondy
family with 2 kidsStay at Petit palais , Pondicheery was pleasant and it highlighted the French style in the hotel . Location was perfect and close to the beach with many French restaurant close by. The hotel also had arranged a car park which was helpful in an area where space was a constrain ( white town ) . Breakfast at the hotel was simple but good . The library in the coffee bar was helpful for my kids who are fond of reading .

Lovely hotel in pondicherry
Petite palais is well located being close to the beach, cafes, restaurants and shops. We had a room with a balcony, so a bit noisy during the day, but it quietened down in the evenings. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a quiet courtyard downstairs.

It's a hotel for budget people, the quality of service is very proper. You can get everything but it's very poor quality. Only thing is that quality of bed upto the mark. Spread of breakfast is very poor it's like a budget hotel. When you go for booking they show' s there is option for buffet dinner but there is no option. Overall not price worthy.

Great location, neat and excellent staffs, the only down side was the noise from the 3rd floor, kitchen floor, specially if you are on the 2 nd floor rooms

The staff is very polite and cooperative. They provided us with everything we asked for. Rooms are clean and tidy. Very good location as well. Close to everything. Quite and peaceful stay. Breakfast is the only thing that was average. Very very limited options for the price we're paying.

One night stay at Petit Palais, the boutique hotel in White Tow
familyI recently had the pleasure of staying at Petit Palais in White Town with my mother and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations although we stayed there only for a night due to time constraints. This beautiful boutique hotel is located just a short walk from the beach promenade. Upon arrival, the check-in process was seamless and the staff were welcoming and attentive. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a heritage look and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bed was comfortable. The room had a small balcony as well overlooking the street. Our à la carte dinner was delicious. The menu doesn't offer much of items to choose from but it was a scrumptious dinner. The breakfast was assorted. Overall, our experience at Petit Palais was fantastic. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway by the sea in White Town, Pondicherry. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Decent but slightly overpriced.
coupleThe check in was smooth. However the bed linen did not appear fresh. It was however changed promptly on our request. The room service was slightly disappointing that it had little to offer at 6pm other than tea coffee. That said, there are 2 lovely bakeries next to the hotel which were sufficient for a quick bite. The bathroom was clean. The restaurant served a decent breakfast and a delicious freshly cooked lunch. The tv in the room refused to turn on and in the end we gave up trying. The complimentary cake was a welcome bonus.
