The facility was good. Although my only concern was that they had promised a complementary breakfast but when asked they denied that there's no breakfast which was disappointing. Other than that the room was decent, located in a good place

"I have very high standards for cleanliness, and The Heritage Suite exceeded all expectations. The entire hotel, from the lobby to our bathroom, was spotless. Maintenance was clearly a priority—everything worked perfectly, and the air conditioning was quiet and effective. Impeccable housekeeping made our stay feel safe and comfortable."

Poor Stay
This property is located somewhat near to Serenity beach ,but they don't provide food we have to order it from outside.Parking area is very small like only 5~6 vehicles can be parked.

Average stay
Ok for budget stay. Only advantage of this place is very close to serenity beach, walkable distance.

Pathetic experience
familyReached hotel in the night the door was locked from inside and the receptionist didn’t pick up the call after half an hour of continuous effort finally the receptionist opened the door and then allocated a room in which only one very bed was there for 3 people and one mattress was there at the ground while the image was for. One queen sized bed and one single occupancy bed and the breakfast was also horrible.

It was on nice location. It was clean. But few things they should take care. Like there was some issue with ac for 10-20 minutes. They should keep it ready before checkin

groupIf u are planning to stay and sleep for night it’s a okay place. Don’t drink and vomit, cleaning is chargeable if u puke inside.

Not value for money
Even though location was good, but the tariff charged is very high. Paid rs 6, 000- almost per room night, bed sheets were not changed for two nights stay. Complimentary breakfast offered was also bad. No proper service.

Poor Stay
room was not maintained looking like its not delux. lots of mosquito are there.mainly the door lock handle was broken condition difficult to stay in such a bad place

Good experience
groupIt was a lovely experience staying at serenity beach resort. It is a 200m walk from the beach and a perfect place to watch the sunrise!

Near to serenity beach
Property location is good as it is near to serenity beach. Maintenance was not good. Food is not available. Only tea / coffee is available. Food can be ordered from outside. One of our rooms lock handle got broke. It was already cracked and it broke when we tried to open the door from the inside. They asked us to pay 2000 rupees which was not fair. We had to argue that the maintenance was not good and still they didn't agree. So ensure that everything is in good condition when you take the room. Otherwise they will charge you for their mistake.

The location of the property was good, very close to the beach, ample parking space, hygienic neat and we'll maintained
Had been with family, got three rooms as booked and all the rooms booked were in the ground floor, family including me enjoyed our stay, cleanliness was maintained. Would recommend this place to family and friends

Very overpriced
We booked the executive grand triple room during this year deewali weekend. We paid around 7200 change for two days including taxes. The room size was very small considering the price. The room had 1 double bed and 1 single bed. We were a family of 4 members(2 adults and 2 small kids. 2 person cannot move around the room without colliding with each other due to it's size. Moreover, the wall touching the single bed was completely wet due to sippage which made the mattress as well as the pillow also wet. I was hardly able to sleep in the night due to the wet feel. One good thing is that the serenity beach is at a walkable distance of around 300m from the hotel.
