Good Room with Excellent Cleaness good price and receptionist is very polite But old AC it will cool very slow but night time managable

One of the worst hotel experiences involves a traveler who stayed at a hotel where the remote was already broken, and to make matters worse, they were asked to pay for it. This seems to be a common theme among terrible hotel experiences, with many guests expressing over broken amenities and being charged for them. I have traveled so many cities and countries i don't have this worst experience.

It was amazing. Food is good and the service they provided is good. You can have bike rented from the hotel.

Hotel location very good near shop and restaurant. Morning breakfast arranged and tasty, room well clean staff good cooperative, even late check-out accepted from reception manager, this is very comfortable me reach to take bus. Reasonable rate and good stay totally value for money

Room was good, but we paid full amount in online and once we reached hotel for stay they said we have balance of 2k and we have to pay it only then we ll be checked in. Nothing was wrong from our side. We already made full payment of 5400 in online and even after showing all our payment details, they still made us pay the extra amount. The amount mentioned in the site was different and the amount paid was really high. The number they gave for contacting the hotel in the site was also not reachable. They denied and demanded us to pay extra.

The service was a bit poor. We were out, sightseeing and got a call from the hotel at 12 noon saying that our room is ready. We arrived at 2 pm and had to wait for a while again because they were still cleaning the room. Hence the check-in was not pleasant. The room is spacious and clean but the bathroom is a bit untidy.

Yeah overall everything is good i had very good sleep bed is good room ambient also good and the hotel food is nice f pr price and service is very nice overall it is good.

Improvement of room service to be improved, otherwise staying in this hotel is excellent, behaviour of hotel staff is excellent, very polite and cooperative

There was no staff at reception when i wanted to check out, i had to leave my keys and leave and i had sleep thristy because there was no one i could ask for water from. The restaurants v foods didn't open until 11am.
